Perfect Fudgy Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate - 200 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Eggs - 2
- Sugar - 180 g
- Flour - 80 g
- Cocoa powder - 30 g
Preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Remove and let cool slightly.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Add the cooled chocolate and butter mixture to this.
3. Then add the flour and cocoa powder and mix well.
4. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes (baking times may vary). Check for doneness with a skewer or toothpick; the brownie should be moist inside. Hot brownies can crumble, so it's best to let them cool a bit before cutting into portions.
