COVID-19, because it's respiratory and can be asymptomatic, is spreading so fast that healthcare systems can't keep up with it properly unless hospitals were prepared weeks before and containment measures were already in practice (ex. Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea).
