    “You like smoking bc it forces you to deep breath” was told me to and it altered my relationship with Maryjane. Now I smoke less and circular breath on the regular. My voice is also MUCH deeper and whole sounding after I learned to breath. Shoot to breath down then let it rise up.

    My diaphram collapsed, i didnt know that for 4 years, i struggled, used inhalers,, and when i felt frightened, i barely breathed - for real
    The constant frights led to "living in fear" and i barely breathed ..
    I nearly died because of my collapsed diaphram.
    I finally figured out it was my diaphram.And started teaching my body the breathing exercises - train my body ,, over and over again,,
    In 2 weeks - thats 14 Days , my healing was phenomenal !
    Just 2 weeks
    After all those years of struggle

      I am actively conscious of my breathing all the time now, I notice my body still slips back into the old shallow breathing habit , but I am like: "not this time my body" and stop what I am doing for a moment to get the rhythm back, the movement back , get that deep belly movement activated.

      @@hello81642 it is named "Diaphramic Breathing" , it's a struggle to to the exhale at first, but persevere with the pattern until it becomes a habit
      It will save your life xx

    I was meditating once on a phycedelic.iused rhe technique breathing all the way out and holding. I could feel I was empty and comfortable. I pushed it and held my breath for about 5 minutes until my body did an emergency breath in. I held my body hostage for answers and when I did my survival breath I saw myself In multi dimensions in front and knew it went infinitely behind me aswell surrounded in bright light my soul journey reached the highest honour

      I think that might be true. i have a picture where someones head is the top of the tree. from a hindu book. but in this book, the roots are at the feet or root chakra idk anymore

    I tried as you explained and I felt it like really FELT IT. It's an eye opener thanks. Could be cause I'm a little flying bird atm but I did feel the changes and felt as if energy was flowing in places it hadn't for a while. Physically I felt more comfort and less pain.

    Thks for the content 🙏🏻 I am convinced that coffee has been vastly commercialized to keep us on a low vibrationnal state of vibration.
    When we drink coffee, even one, our breathing accelerate, and we become less aware, make more bad decisions out of excitement, and we get easier to control.
    It’s not by chance that coffee industry and market have skyrocketed these years. All this starbucks chaîns and all. It bécame like cigarets and alcohol.

    I often inhale air to the point my ribs start to "shift" (small pops when they realine) and my belly grows to a size of a "6 month pregnant woman" and then I squezze all the air out starting from my belly all the way to my throat. Again popping my ribs (it's not a painful process it actually feels great when those pops apear).
    It's not something I practice like on a regular basis I do it when I feel the need to do it and it feels great.

    For certain breath exercises you need to fill the lungs 100%. But in general youre not supposed to breathe at max inhalation. Leads to all sorts of problems. Small doses like strength training but the default breath should be light and slow

      No. The information in the video makes it seem that breathing in lots of air is the way to go. Someone without discernment who may watch this video might take it to heart and begin breathing too much air by default. That can be dangerous. Especially for older people. So do not belittle the comment thinking the general concept can be applied to everything. That wasnt the point i was making. Breathing is very specific.
