My diaphram collapsed, i didnt know that for 4 years, i struggled, used inhalers,, and when i felt frightened, i barely breathed - for real The constant frights led to "living in fear" and i barely breathed .. I nearly died because of my collapsed diaphram. I finally figured out it was my diaphram.And started teaching my body the breathing exercises - train my body ,, over and over again,, In 2 weeks - thats 14 Days , my healing was phenomenal ! Just 2 weeks After all those years of struggle 💓
I am actively conscious of my breathing all the time now, I notice my body still slips back into the old shallow breathing habit , but I am like: "not this time my body" and stop what I am doing for a moment to get the rhythm back, the movement back , get that deep belly movement activated.

I tried as you explained and I felt it like really FELT IT. It's an eye opener thanks. Could be cause I'm a little flying bird atm but I did feel the changes and felt as if energy was flowing in places it hadn't for a while. Physically I felt more comfort and less pain.

I often inhale air to the point my ribs start to "shift" (small pops when they realine) and my belly grows to a size of a "6 month pregnant woman" and then I squezze all the air out starting from my belly all the way to my throat. Again popping my ribs (it's not a painful process it actually feels great when those pops apear). It's not something I practice like on a regular basis I do it when I feel the need to do it and it feels great.

For certain breath exercises you need to fill the lungs 100%. But in general youre not supposed to breathe at max inhalation. Leads to all sorts of problems. Small doses like strength training but the default breath should be light and slow
