Thanks mate. I’d learn how to source land opportunities and secure with an assignable option agreement. If I had some money, I’d take through planning myself. If I didn’t, then I’d trade that option onto another developer and let them take it through planning and earn myself a commission.
How much do you always aim for post finance when buying a land with planning
We’d always aim for a minimum of 20% profit pre-finance. Finance costs can change annually and vary depending on the deal and deposit, so is difficult to determine a margin post finance.
