They do not ask about the interest rates and if you can afford the payment if you use a credit card. The reason I did not sign up to the academy was because I watched people who cannot afford to pay for the training take out a loan (which they cannot afford with one telling me he’s not going to tell his family about the loan) in front of their team whilst sitting at the desk with them. I paid with a credit card for the 5 day session and I was not asked once if I could afford it (luckily I could and didn’t actually need to use it). I must add however that they didn’t tell anyone specifically to take a loan to pay for the academy.

Good work Samuel! Enjoyed watching this. My observation seeing you in action was the undeniable positivity and loyalty from your team on the inside … says everything to me!
Great debate. Very respectful both ways. Well done Adam for showing up, you came across like a true gent as did Samuel. I’ve been on the academy for 3 months now and got to say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and certainly worth every penny. Samuel is an amazing teacher and I’m so grateful to him and the mentors for their hard work in helping all of us everyday.
The only thing with all the figures stated, you have to be careful with it’s the 80 odd % making 2k extra a month. People get lost with what matters with figures, if this is net profit then great, if this is gross profit then great, if this is purely turnover, then be careful!
I’ve recently been to one of your crash courses and signed up for the advanced training in London You’ve really inspired me and I now have a huge drive to succeed in property and I personally loved the fact that you shared your religious beliefs and it’s great to see someone like yourself normalising faith in a largely atheist culture
Hi Samuel I did attend the crash course, it was very good. At the course I felt uncomfortable with the selling, I believe after attending a mindset course elsewhere that the selling doesn't match your true values and that is one of the main reasons I didn't commit, at the time I wouldn't have thought like this back then. Thank you I do always tell people you have helped me and probably without you we would not have brought another property.
It’s clear as day that Samuel puts his life into his academy students, the value and support you receive is ridiculously good. It’s no surprise that the vast majority of his students are financially free at the end of the 12 months and end up renewing year after year. If you’re still hating, remember that Samuel invited the world the come and debate him and voice their concerns. The man has nothing to hide!
have you considered a 'Monday struggles' style video. you could document the people you talk to that are struggling to get traction or having issues with banking or selling..... what ever it is.... but you have the 'winners Wednesdays' show some of the grit instead of just the wins maybe. just an idea. i spose kind of similar to the week challenges you did but other peoples struggles rather than yours. awesome interview. an honest man cant be tripped up its that simple.
I have many conversations like this, but then they become successful and come on Winners Wednesday. Most of the interviews include their struggle and challenges, but then ultimately their success.
Great discussion. As a member of Samuel's Academy, what you see is what you get! Top tier training, unlimited mentorship and support, monthly dinners and networking events, daily online masterminds and training calls - the value is immense
This is a great debate many great questions ask for people who are un aware of some information from both side of property industry new gen and old gen
Honestly, I was not sure about Samuel before, but now that I have watched the debate, he has turned me into a believer and I am more likely to join the academy.
I enjoyed the property crash course on Friday. I learnt alot! Great value for a quid! The master class program wasn't for me. But i may come again in future!
I attended Sammis's masterclass in 2022 in London, he works hard and it's not easy, unfortunately, my circumstances were such that I couldn't get onto the property ladder, but I'm not giving up. I agree with some of Adams's points, especially because most of us can't afford the courses. I know I paid for them but I couldn't keep up the payments I came back and his team were great in helping me out, so the guy isn't a fraud at all.
I initially expected a heated exchange, but I was completely mistaken. It turned out to be an excellent debate with two gentlemen-such a refreshing experience!
I went to a £1 gig and found it wasn't for me. The, come to the back for limited £12k training offer and 80% sales pitch gig just wasn't for me. I went to learn and found i was just being sold to.
We do sell but it’s a very small portion of the day and we deliver in full. But fair enough and I wish you nothing but success in your property ventures
Lets see the haters hate. The fact is that samuel teaches to all of his students has proven to get people out of the 9-5 rat race. Building wealth through property.
I went to your crash course in 2017 then went twice more in 2017 with friends from ireland. I new nothing about property. I became an estate agent from.my interest and have went out on my own but could semi retire as I have 4 rent to rents because of your eye opening free courses. It planted the seed. If it's not for you your not forced to buy a course. I didnt but still was able to make it happen Eventually.
I’ve got 100k + saved and personally I feel like I don’t need a course ? I’m a carpenter by trade and can do a lot of the refurbishment myself the only hard part is finding the right deals. IMO the best way to learn is to research the market for as long as possible before buying. Also I think if u have the capital to buy the house outright and refurbish with ur own cash u cant go too far wrong with BRRR. This isn’t a get rich quick scheme this is a strategy that is for the long term. But realistically I live at home and 3.5% interest in the bank is useless. I want to try to get 4/8 BRRR properties paying the rent and trying to pay off some of them mortgages as soon as possible to create the passive income and retire myself. I’m 24 btw
You are in a fantastic position, very well done. Deals and money are super important, as is delivery, but don't forget asset management - if you don't manage it well, you will risk losing it
Hes not wrong about the scarcity selling tactic and i agree with Samuel when he says lying is crossing the line. I believe that Samuel does cross that line. "This price for the first 40 people" then more than 40 people can buy it and "Lower price just for today" when they are at every crash course. I understand you need to sell but maybe dont make out its limited for the number of people and price. Just my opinion. Great way to debate by the way
We never take more than the number we say u less people join the waiting list or book other dates or choose the online only option I do sell nice though but its genuine and the delivery is on-point
@@SamuelLeeds In person it looks like alot more people buy the 2k course than the 40 that its limited too. Its also not a 1 day offer as its the same at all crash courses. Also you kind of sell it like you dont have much time to think and that you have to run as its scarse.
A debate is a debate meaning asking questions that makes the other party cringe This was far from a debate it was a friendly chat between 2 friends And Samuel Leeds telling who ever watched how good he is
I do believe you really do know you stuff, but I also think that people think it’s do the course and you’ll make it and that’s not the case, the crash course is very clever and salesy, I believe it comes done to the individual and if your ready to put the hard work in and do your course (which I do believe will help) you can make it
Right from the off, you can see Samuel doesn't like hearing this stuff. Adam makes such a basic and fundamental point about the negative effect Samuel has with marketing campaigns and stunts. All Samuel can say is "I take your point, but I think it's rubbish, because I'm really great and authentic." He doesn't address the actual points. Face facts, this guy is using his students as a massive stream of income. Maybe some people do well off his courses, but the vast majority of them will have just spent money on a course.
@SamuelLeeds I'm honestly not, but body language alone, in the first exchange about the chainsaw stunt shows you weren't comfortable. I actually respect what you've done for yourself personally in property. My family has done much the same for 2 generations. My wife and I have a portfolio, and I work in the industry. I adore real estate. That said, these courses are all too often taking fees from people who simply don't have the requisite financial or mental capacity to turn what you're selling into "multi millions" as you've just said to me in a different response.
Ill be honest! If i never left balfast in 2019 i would have had my UK papers and would be able to actually do the things you teach. Unfortunately, im based in my home country of the Netherlands now😢
@propenomixwithadamlawrence that's what I hoped but my country is really annoying and strict when it comes to housing. The first clause on our government website is about discrimination. You can see how this beeing the first thing on the list. The rest is even more ludicrous
You know what the tiny bit of respect I had for Samuel Leeds is gone - he just deleted a perfectly fair comment of mine minutes after I'd posted it, rather than replying to it. Let me on to your channel Samuel, I'll give you a real debate!
I listened to the first 10mins of this and thought 'this guy is just a hater' and I'm about to switch off after liking this video of course! Samuel, you can't please everyone. Let this guy do his thing and you do yours- numbers don't lie. I follow YOU, I don't know this guy and I don't think I'd want to. Out of all your vids I've watched that are hour long etc this is simply one I just cannot stand.
A question I would like to ask is and I’ve recently been to one of your crash courses, I’ll be honest me and my friend learnt things that we didn’t know before, we didn’t take up on the course on the day but are very keen on joining, so I’ve watched a lot of your videos of winners on a Wednesday, it all sounds great, but at the crash course must of been 70/80 people went to sign up and you have multiple crash courses, so how many people are successful from doing your course ?
id love to know how many students fail, how many of then do you give up on. eg if theyre just terrible and its not for them but they keep trying at what point is enough enough
Worst debate ever. Things he said beforehand was like he was gonna come at you with everything. Sam easily won Don't slate someone with out any valid reason
What I don't understand Samuel, why do you charge your students £12k for your property course when you can't physically be there for these people to hold their hand and walk them through the whole process? Judging by the comments I can see people who have struggled to make money in property despite being subscribed to your courses, and it takes time to get good. Not everyone has £12k out of their pockets to take on your course, especially during economic turmoil. Also, don't you think charging £12k does more to discredit your efforts to see these people succeed? Charging as extortionate as £12k can contribute to securing properties. Not everyone is as good as you in property with zero money down deals etc. unless you're going to hold their hand through the process like you have in your recent challenges, then this is asking for a lot from ordinary people who aspire to breakaway from their miserable 9-6 slugfest.
I think both involved know that it is not a contest.......plus, one is a lot older than the other. The best and only comparison is to yourself yesterday.
Hmmm, Silly comment to make regarding paying on credit card , I’m wealthy and use my credit card for most transactions , firstly for protection and secondly for benefits, as long as you pay it off every month there no problem, it doesn’t mean you can’t afford the purchase…..
I'd argue your comment is the silly one, just because you do it doesn't reflect the vast majority of people who rely on credit cards. 0% credit cards have been around for decades now and are a powerful tool if you know what you are doing, and yet credit card companies make massive profits.....go figure.
Are you willing to publicly disclose your students' success rate alongside how you specifically collected the data? For instance, were the 86% of successful students earning £2,000+ a month based on net / post-tax income?
You said you don't lie. However, I've been following for years and know about your £1 admin fee for crash courses but recently saw an advert saying WAS £500 now £1? never seen your crash course for £500 before?
A good educated opponent, but it was a bit naive for him to come and debate Samuel when he’s never paid for any of Samuel’s courses. All he’s doing is asking questions and Samuel is explaining. So wouldn’t call this a debate. Adam is in no position to debate
@@Adam-in5qv I think Samuel had a little go at the end, but got shut down pretty quickly - not sure if you watched the video to the end. I'm biased of course. P.s. good name
This is an interesting- but whatever outcome occurs... will it be any different after 2030/32 based on how the chanages that will be made from the World Economic Forum ?
Samuel, among other things, what I disagree with about you mostly is quite simple. Correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I can perceive you seem to believe that a. Everyone wants to be rich, and b. There is a direct link between level of wealth, and levels of happiness and of social status. This is utterly wrong. My opinion is a persons desires when it comes to wealth aspirations and what makes them happy - ultimately what they perceive as success is as individual as they are - and that might be their wife or their kids (or a myriad of other reasons) rather than the number that appears in their bank account. There are a lot of people out there, me included who I’m afraid don’t look up to you as a high status person because a lot of people don’t place value with money. And as for social status, there are a lot of people in this world who would choose to not live their life like yours because their passions lay elsewhere. For example a Marine Biologist’s average salary is something like £30k per year but I can guarantee anyone who does that job does it as their vocation and wouldn’t do any other job no matter the pay. And think what high level of value a marine biologist brings to the world we live in.
I'm sure Samuel would tell you - like many others - that the vast majority of people who contact him or come to a crash course do want to be rich. On the flip side, the UK needs to stop pretending that money (if that's your chosen metric of success) is a bad thing or a dirty word or must come from a terrible place. I strongly believe that "do a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life". Money after a certain point, which is relatively low but above the average Marine Biologist salary, does not make marginal difference, but below a certain watermark it sure can create pressure and misery from what I've seen. I don't think anyone could argue there's a link between money and social status (and indeed power). That argument is just a non-starter.
@ you have skewed my wording there by saying the vast majority of people who contact Samuel do want to be rich. Well obviously that’s a given, but the group of people who contact Samuel are indeed a select group only and they do not represent the whole world. That would be like Wagamama’s suggesting they believe the whole world is hungry at 6pm because 100% of their customers are hungry at that time. Don’t frame what I said to suit you, that’s a flaccid argument. I don’t believe money is a bad thing or a dirty word. For context I grew up in a middle class family where my father earned six figures in the city so I’m definitely not one of those people who has immediate hatred if they see someone pull up in a fancy car, or overtly show their wealth in some other way - I say good for them if they’ve treated themselves to a red Ferrari even in the case I couldn’t afford one. All I am saying is I would love to see more influencers encouraging young people to become doctors, barristers, vets, architects etc. etc. I would love to see a world where we care more about value of a profession based on what it gives to the world, rather than what salary it pays the person.

Good work Samuel! Enjoyed watching this.
My observation seeing you in action was the undeniable positivity and loyalty from your team on the inside … says everything to me!
I appreciate that!
There are more debates in the comments than this video.
Great interview 👍
Great debate. Very respectful both ways. Well done Adam for showing up, you came across like a true gent as did Samuel. I’ve been on the academy for 3 months now and got to say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and certainly worth every penny. Samuel is an amazing teacher and I’m so grateful to him and the mentors for their hard work in helping all of us everyday.
Thanks Paul so happy to read this
That's great to read Paul and I appreciate your feedback
The only thing with all the figures stated, you have to be careful with it’s the 80 odd % making 2k extra a month. People get lost with what matters with figures, if this is net profit then great, if this is gross profit then great, if this is purely turnover, then be careful!
A really good point that we should have got into, great comment
He was a decent guy and changed his mind a proper debate! Wish more haters had the balls to back it up.
Really enjoyed this conversation! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks for the feedback!
I’ve recently been to one of your crash courses and signed up for the advanced training in London
You’ve really inspired me and I now have a huge drive to succeed in property and I personally loved the fact that you shared your religious beliefs and it’s great to see someone like yourself normalising faith in a largely atheist culture
Great conversation by a couple of gents - hats off to Adam for turning up. Says a lot about your character. Nice to see :)
Thank you kindly
Thanks very much, positivity is appreciated!
Glad to see Samuel put this chap firmly in his place
It's "this guy", please
He really didn't though
@@DdotRay86 appreciate that - it's all in the eye of the beholder though, I guess
I see my success as living proof of someone that can become successful in property as someone who started at 18-19 years old and is now 23 year old
Congrats!
have you considered a 'Monday struggles' style video. you could document the people you talk to that are struggling to get traction or having issues with banking or selling..... what ever it is.... but you have the 'winners Wednesdays' show some of the grit instead of just the wins maybe. just an idea. i spose kind of similar to the week challenges you did but other peoples struggles rather than yours. awesome interview. an honest man cant be tripped up its that simple.
I have many conversations like this, but then they become successful and come on Winners Wednesday. Most of the interviews include their struggle and challenges, but then ultimately their success.
Pretty good idea and I wouldn't be surprised to see Samuel implement it
Great discussion. As a member of Samuel's Academy, what you see is what you get! Top tier training, unlimited mentorship and support, monthly dinners and networking events, daily online masterminds and training calls - the value is immense
Ah appreciate you saying so ❤
Good respectful discussion, Samuel answered the questions & I think Adam left more of a fan than a critic.
I left as I went in, open-minded which is the only way to approach anything in my view
This is a great debate many great questions ask for people who are un aware of some information from both side of property industry new gen and old gen
@mnbmnb4461 old gen signing in
Honestly, I was not sure about Samuel before, but now that I have watched the debate, he has turned me into a believer and I am more likely to join the academy.
I enjoyed the property crash course on Friday. I learnt alot! Great value for a quid!
The master class program wasn't for me.
But i may come again in future!
Thanks and you’re welcome to return ❤
I attended Sammis's masterclass in 2022 in London, he works hard and it's not easy, unfortunately, my circumstances were such that I couldn't get onto the property ladder, but I'm not giving up. I agree with some of Adams's points, especially because most of us can't afford the courses. I know I paid for them but I couldn't keep up the payments I came back and his team were great in helping me out, so the guy isn't a fraud at all.
Real life feedback is always the best kind - good luck in the future
Regardless of what people say about the gent I’m 23 years old and he’s made me motivated to get on the property ladder
fantastic
I initially expected a heated exchange, but I was completely mistaken. It turned out to be an excellent debate with two gentlemen-such a refreshing experience!
it's nice to see that it still landed based on the rules of engagement
I went to a £1 gig and found it wasn't for me. The, come to the back for limited £12k training offer and 80% sales pitch gig just wasn't for me. I went to learn and found i was just being sold to.
Standard with events. People will buy on hype and most will fail.
We do sell but it’s a very small portion of the day and we deliver in full. But fair enough and I wish you nothing but success in your property ventures

I didnt but still was able to make it happen Eventually.
congratulations, great work!

Let your haters be your motivators 💪😀
I’m 24 btw
You’ll go 1000% faster and stronger in the right community with mentors pushing you
You are in a fantastic position, very well done. Deals and money are super important, as is delivery, but don't forget asset management - if you don't manage it well, you will risk losing it
*Samuel is the goat 🐐*
I love this brother ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hes not wrong about the scarcity selling tactic and i agree with Samuel when he says lying is crossing the line. I believe that Samuel does cross that line. "This price for the first 40 people" then more than 40 people can buy it and "Lower price just for today" when they are at every crash course. I understand you need to sell but maybe dont make out its limited for the number of people and price. Just my opinion. Great way to debate by the way
We never take more than the number we say u less people join the waiting list or book other dates or choose the online only option
I do sell nice though but its genuine and the delivery is on-point
@@SamuelLeeds In person it looks like alot more people buy the 2k course than the 40 that its limited too. Its also not a 1 day offer as its the same at all crash courses. Also you kind of sell it like you dont have much time to think and that you have to run as its scarse.
They should do this for Ste Hamxlton. The stuff people say about him in insane.
Maybe Ste will step up on the back of this
@propenomixwithadamlawrence I don't think the rumours are positive however. Alot of money owed to people
Let's listen to this..
What did you think?
A debate is a debate meaning asking questions that makes the other party cringe
This was far from a debate it was a friendly chat between 2 friends
And Samuel Leeds telling who ever watched how good he is
I do believe you really do know you stuff, but I also think that people think it’s do the course and you’ll make it and that’s not the case, the crash course is very clever and salesy, I believe it comes done to the individual and if your ready to put the hard work in and do your course (which I do believe will help) you can make it
I don't think anyone would argue that the individual will have to put the work in to achieve anything, outside of the confines of this conversation
Please get some pots for those plants Samuel
Right from the off, you can see Samuel doesn't like hearing this stuff. Adam makes such a basic and fundamental point about the negative effect Samuel has with marketing campaigns and stunts.
All Samuel can say is "I take your point, but I think it's rubbish, because I'm really great and authentic." He doesn't address the actual points.
Face facts, this guy is using his students as a massive stream of income. Maybe some people do well off his courses, but the vast majority of them will have just spent money on a course.
I loved hearing Adams points and answering his questions. You are clearly very biased 😄
Amazing ❤
Ill be honest! If i never left balfast in 2019 i would have had my UK papers and would be able to actually do the things you teach. Unfortunately, im based in my home country of the Netherlands now😢
I'm sure you can apply some of the same logic to make it work in Holland.....one way or another
@propenomixwithadamlawrence that's what I hoped but my country is really annoying and strict when it comes to housing.
You need to be able to challenge your own beliefs in order to improve your thinking and processing ability
87% success rate is pretty bloody good whats the guy on about not everyone wins that's life, the guys argument is a bit weak if i'm honest.
86% but I’ll aim for 87% next time 💪🏼
A question I would like to ask is and I’ve recently been to one of your crash courses, I’ll be honest me and my friend learnt things that we didn’t know before, we didn’t take up on the course on the day but are very keen on joining, so I’ve watched a lot of your videos of winners on a Wednesday, it all sounds great, but at the crash course must of been 70/80 people went to sign up and you have multiple crash courses, so how many people are successful from doing your course ?
Did you watch the whole video?
id love to know how many students fail, how many of then do you give up on. eg if theyre just terrible and its not for them but they keep trying at what point is enough enough
Did you watch the whole thing?
@propenomixwithadamlawrence yeah, sam works with them but there must be a point where they're unhelpable
I actually agree to be honest
with what?
Worst debate ever. Things he said beforehand was like he was gonna come at you with everything. Sam easily won
Don't slate someone with out any valid reason
It’s not a course it’s a 12 month mentorship with unlimited support
Don’t do it if you can’t afford , some people spend this paying for holidays and don’t complain so ???
I wonder who has more net worth between the two? 😊
I think both involved know that it is not a contest.......plus, one is a lot older than the other. The best and only comparison is to yourself yesterday.
He just wants to ruin the reputation of Samuel Leeds.
He had the decency to come on though? 🤷♂️ respect imo
I like Sam's jacket. Anyone know the manufactures make or outlet?
Hmmm, Silly comment to make regarding paying on credit card , I’m wealthy and use my credit card for most transactions , firstly for protection and secondly for benefits, as long as you pay it off every month there no problem, it doesn’t mean you can’t afford the purchase…..
I'd argue your comment is the silly one, just because you do it doesn't reflect the vast majority of people who rely on credit cards. 0% credit cards have been around for decades now and are a powerful tool if you know what you are doing, and yet credit card companies make massive profits.....go figure.
@@propenomixwithadamlawrence I’d argue your comment is silly , do your research and look at the data.

More of this STUFF! 😂
This is an interesting- but whatever outcome occurs... will it be any different after 2030/32 based on how the chanages that will be made from the World Economic Forum ?
no
Samuel, among other things, what I disagree with about you mostly is quite simple.
