Thank you for your explanation/tutorial! This is my first ever time cosplay with something this detailed and seeing yours gave some tips and ideas to use for mine, loved how yours turned out!
Thank you so much for this amazing video I've always loved pyramid head as a character and always wanted to do him as a cosplay but never knew how Thank you so so much I really appreciate you
One of the things I did for the outfit is I tea dyed it and it will make a worn out look. After that I basically just spray bottled it with water and blotched brown paint to give it that dirty look, then I added blood. Hope this helped amazing tutorial btw! :)
@@chloethesuccubus9728 You're basically dyeing cloth in tea to give it a yellowish/brownish aged look - it works best on white cloth. Boil some black tea bags in a big pot until the water turns murky, add a couple teaspoons of salt to it (to help the tea pigments attach to the cloth fibers), and then submerge whatever you're dyeing into the tea - make sure the fabric you're dyeing is rinsed under water and rung out before adding it to the tea. Leave it like that anywhere from a few hours to overnight depending on how dark you want your dye job, let it dry, and then you're good to go.
Really amazing cosplay, I think it’s one of the best I’ve seen so far. The rust does a wonderful job!! Also, I don’t know if you have enough footage for it, but I’m DYING to see how you made your fem geralt armor it’s SO cool! Keep up the great work! :)
my first time watching silent hill was yesterday I fell in love with the triangle head dude 😭 I told my sister I wanna be him for Halloween so I had to search how to make the head so thank you this was really helpful
I am so glad I found your video. I am planning out a Pyramid Head cosplay myself and was going crazy trying to work out how to do the sword and helmet. But this is a big help and I can not wait to get to work on it. I'm hoping to get him ready for dragoncon this year. So fingers crossed I will be able too.
@@laurendoescosplay Do you have a sizing for the big cut in the middle of the front part of the mask. the areas that you put the mesh. I'm going to be working on my helmet soon and was making sure I had all the numbers written down.
i just realized that pyramid head is almost 2 decades old. its a good way to check if someone is legal. ehem i mean very knowledgeable about pop culture stuff. love your vids btw.
You said you had to play around to get the sizing the way you liked for the helmet. Is the measurements u listed in videos after you found what worked for you. My gf really wants to be pyramid head for Halloween so I have 6 months to figure out how to make it ha. I'm not crafty but anything to please my queen
Question! How the heck did you make the back part so pointy? every time I make the back small triangles they come out straight and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong lol.
Yeah...I dunno what's up with stage blood, but in my experience it just doesn't work so well when applied to props; the blood I applied to my Pyramid Head blade didn't turn white, it just vanished when it dried. Not sure what was going on there, but I gave my blade a bloodbath and you could never tell by looking at it, so I too had to mix up some acrylic blood.

Question for the sword. Do you think before painting the base black would a layer of Plasti dip be a good idea? I'm hoping to try and work on my sword once I finish my helmet and apron and trying to work out everything.
I only worry about plasti dip on the sword because I was dragging mine around and the plasti dip would definitely have peeled off. it couldn't hurt to try but it's something to keep in mind!
How do you make the helme stay on? I brought mine but its too big for me 😢 mine is made from foam core...what can i do to make it stay on my head? I thought about wearing a bike helmet inside or something, but i dont know how to make it stay
Hi, can I post your video on bilibili? I just share, no gain. The pyramid head you made is very detailed, I can learn a lot in it, and I hope more people can see it. Whether you agree or not, I thank you in advance for sharing your production process, it has benefited me a lot.
@@laurendoescosplay Thank you for your permission, I will put the original video link and name on the introduction, I really appreciate your tutorial.❤
I know this video was made 2 years ago, but I’m currently working on my own pyramid head cosplay and is wondering, did you create a helmet or something underneath it? Mine just looks really sad without a under helmet 🥲🥲

Is there a temple or size sheet for the great knife?
You don't have a Templates of helmet? 😵💫❤️
Your voice so sweet ❤
Do you have the measurements that you decided to use on your helmet? I'm confused on how to match it to the right size 😭💓
Right I watched 3 times she never came back an added them or I’ve over looked
Your blood splatter probably turned white due to a chemical reaction between the blood's and ruse's ingredients. The cosplay turned out amazingly!
I was thinking the same too! It happened on areas that didn't have any rust but there was maybe just some residual elements that I couldn't see
@@laurendoescosplay most likely dried peroxide and vinegar
Do you let the glue dry first ?
Before spraying it?
Id like the list of supplies

You're really really soo beautiful 😍❤️ amd I'm not simp I'm saying this genuinely.

How do you do the outfit
When you cut mesh you want to cut it with a really fucking sharp razor blade or just buy plastic mesh
definitely would use plastic instead of the metal if I were to do it again!
