    really love your vids. one q that i wanna ask. when punching, do you tight the abdomen or just let it go? thx sir.

      Yair. I recommend being natural. As an example, in Goju we have Sanchin kata and this teaches the principles for structure, tension, and movement. If I practice this enough then these principles will be absorbed and I won't have to think about what my body is doing when I am applying movement such as a punch.
