Finding the right ratio was impossible. I don’t have the same brand, but this is really appreciated. I love that you both zoom in and describe how the flour should look and feel. Adding water in a tablespoon (or even less) at a time is also significant and a great a tip. If you add it in too fast, it turns into a sledging cement

Thank you so much for filming this video and sharing your info!
I made this recipe this morning and it was delicious. Didn't have a sieve so I decided to improvise and it was delicious nonetheless.

You can also leave the water overnight and the next morning you break it.

Interesting to see the texture of this, and how you test the mix, its the same as making various Korean rice cake desserts, but they use soaked and ground rice and then steam it 🤔

This is so interesting. Going to try this for sure. Do these store well or is it only cook and eat?
Thank you so much for the details. Thinking these will be good with a bit of pineapple jam and maybe some coconut flakes.

They do store for a couple days in the refrigerator. But best when eaten fresh. You can make and store the fine powder (after passing through the sieve) in the refrigerator though so it is easier to make it. Pineapple and coconut sounds yummy:)

Just made these tonight- made me actually tear up they were so good. This tapioca starch is such an interesting ingredient. They have the perfect texture is exactly what I miss with crusty bread. And no funny taste that will interfere with anything- so versatile. So delicious in fact I doubled up on my melatonin and sleepy time tea - trying to calm my mind from all of the ways I want to use these so I can sleep. My belly is happy and full so that will help. Blessings to you.

Hi when i put the flour into the pan it did not stick together even after 5 mins. Still completely loose and powdery. Did i not use enough water?

Most likely you did not add enough water.
