The patch seems to deal with the stuttering mostly.... Qually was undriveable with it, now it seems better for the time being... 6:33 that kind of defense is dirty af, these kids don't understand race craft. Leaving space is not in their *fair) playbook. They think its GTA and/or UFC and it's ok to do so... And if its not been addressed it will not get any better soon. If i see it coming i make sure they take themselves out, i lost patience to deal with it otherwise. I know it not always the right thing to do, but to many races are ruined by being patience. Peace

As for the stuttering, I think it's only on the first time you drive on a given track. Once it's "loaded" to memory, stutters seem to disapear. I'm on Series X though. Weird that it happens on PC as well
I got myself a month of gamepass to see how the game is after multiple updates... The game runs much better than it use to (I'm able to get a steady 100fps without the screen looking like it's been smeared with vaseline), there's a little bit less carnage (I was able to have some decent races compared to before), not needing to level up cars to upgrade is very welcome in my book, there's more options to drive the car classes that I enjoy compared to before (still not enough though) and I've been getting horrible stutters in practice sessions that completely destroy my lap times but thankfully it hasn't happened in races. So overall it's SLOWLY going in the right direction but I'm still very disappointed.
Yeah, I had to stop playing Forza sadly. I gave update 12 and 13 a try, hoping the update to the Penalty system would be fixed. It wasn't... It's not really the people that drive like maniacs that irks me so much, but the fact the penalty system often punishes the victim instead of the culprit. So people drive like lunatics because they can get away with it. Who cares that there's 20 other cars on track, they are the only ones that matter. The race line is the only thing that matters, bugger the other drivers, they don't exist. LOL. Until Turn 10 scrap the Regulation engine and start over from scratch and apply actual racing rules instead of Days of Thunder rules, there's no point in playing Forza. Not online anyways...
You have to understand, people must follow that racing line, regardless of your existence on the inside.

That's why I only play at night with the dedicated... during the day you get to much adolescents who can't controled their egos.

Since this update I’ve had massive stutter and crashes !
Not had crashes thankfully, but yeah the hitches are kinda annoying right now!

Blame the rules not the guy, he is working in the regs he is given. If they want it to stop they need to change the rules, pretty simple

It happened a few times at VIR, tried a few since and didn't seem as bad tbf!

It is certainly a lot better than it was 1 year ago... but it is far from finished!

I think I'm going to be mostly doing league races now, now they have private qually that will be where I spend most my time!
