Metamagic is an advanced topic and requires a deep knowledge of spell types and mechanics. No offense, but your just scratching the surface of metamagic spells. It's a good intro to metamagic but that's it. What spells would work well with each metamagic feat? Does metamagic work a little different depending on the class? Are there differences between wizard and sorcerer metamagic setup? What about the universalist school? What's the best way to use this school? An advanced video is what's really needed.
I'm pretty sure, that across all arcane casters, metamagic feats are the same in Kingmaker. At least all of mine are when I play. I also made this as a request as I don't use metamagic and would have to play around with it a long time to figure it out. Might be something I do for Wrath guides.
@@unsungnpc8918 There is a difference in how a sorcerer casts metamagic and a wizard. I think a wizard can move and then cast where a sorcerer cannot. I'm not sure why and was hoping it was in your video. Metamagic does require time to figure out what works and what doesn't. There isn't a lot of info on this topic.
@@henryseldon6077 huh weird that they couldn't use a move action? I mean, I can look into it for sure. I plan on being a caster in Wrath so maybe I'll experiment with it more during then too. It is a tricky mechanic.
@@unsungnpc8918 It's got something to do with being a "spontaneous" caster. I've just started as a Serpentine Sorcerer and I'll be experimenting as well, trying to learn something.

It's amazing when you learn how to really use it but until then it's definitely a complicated pain haha
