Yes I had the same problem and recently I visited the doctor and he told me it is a epididymal cyst and is normal nothing to worry about but you should visit a doctor.

One testicle is usually enough to produce the testosterone and sperm that you need; similarly to how one kidney is often enough, so long as it's healthy. Edit: From what I understand (I shouldn't be like the majority in here and just say things left and right, thinking it's facts).

Please tell your parents, and go see a urologist. Thats the only way you will knoe for sure. A tumour can start at any size. But usually due to a blow to the scrotum, can cause swelling, or even a blockage. But the only way you are going to feel good, is to go get it checked out and no for sure. If it is testicular cancer it can be cured easily before it spreads or becomes too massive.

@@dumitrachenicusor2345 The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor. Why can't you go see one if I may ask? It's not normal to feel lumps, swelling, or pain in the testicles. They should feel smooth. I can't say you have cancer or not. Sometimes you can get benign cysts on your scrotum that are not cancerous but can leave you infertile. Also swelling can happen from blockages off sperm or even blood flow, due to damage from being hit in the scrotum can occur. But honestly what you are going through is serious. I would atleast tell the ones around you, your worries and seek advice from loved ones. I dont want to scare you bro, but I also don't want to lie to you either.. What you are experiencing doesn't sound good. You're going to need to seek out professional help one way or the other, whether you have cancer or not.

If its at the top on both testicles, you could be feeling your sperm sack. Also you should be squeezing your testicles. Just gently moving your fingers on them to feel any lumps.

I had my right testicle removed because of seminoma cancer. A month and a half and everything seems fine. I’m still aggressively athletic and waking up to morning wood. If I hadn’t had it removed, the cancer could’ve spread through my lymphatic system and eventually to my brain. Don’t fuck around, gents. You can spare a ball and live like you normally would.

One testicle is usually enough to produce the testosterone and sperm that you need; similarly to how one kidney is often enough, so long as it's healthy.

Please tell your parents, and go see a urologist. Thats the only way you will knoe for sure. A tumour can start at any size.
But usually due to a blow to the scrotum, can cause swelling, or even a blockage. But the only way you are going to feel good, is to go get it checked out and no for sure. If it is testicular cancer it can be cured easily before it spreads or becomes too massive.

It's not normal to feel lumps, swelling, or pain in the testicles. They should feel smooth. I can't say you have cancer or not.
Sometimes you can get benign cysts on your scrotum that are not cancerous but can leave you infertile. Also swelling can happen from blockages off sperm or even blood flow, due to damage from being hit in the scrotum can occur.
But honestly what you are going through is serious. I would atleast tell the ones around you, your worries and seek advice from loved ones.
I dont want to scare you bro, but I also don't want to lie to you either.. What you are experiencing doesn't sound good. You're going to need to seek out professional help one way or the other, whether you have cancer or not.

If its at the top on both testicles, you could be feeling your sperm sack.
Also you should be squeezing your testicles. Just gently moving your fingers on them to feel any lumps.
