I went through this. Went for ultra sound and stumbled across THREE growths within the testicle it’s self and of course I instantly thought I had cancer. Anyway I went to a urologist and he felt me and said I was okay. I have “intratesticular hypoechoic lesions” and they are benign. Blood work came back normal as well. It has affected me psychologically though. Btw more than 80% of the time when there is a lump, it’s not cancerous. Testicular cancer is very rare,
@@relaxingtrip8276 : The urologist called them “non-palpable” which basically means they are not hard. Have they found objects within your testicle it’s self?

@@relaxingtrip8276 : Go got an ultra sound asap. But don’t stress your self out, thinking it’s something serious. There are a number of things it could be. I would suggest completely avoiding sugar and carbohydrates in the mean time, just in case it’s something bad because sugar and carbs make tumours grow.
LOCATION of the Lump is what is important! What you should look for is Lumps ON the testicle itself, i mean that grow from the testicle surface itself on a random spot, those are the bad boys... Lumps that are at the top are 99.99% of the time from the Epididymis (the squishy sperm "tentacle" stuck above/behind the testicle), those are SPERMATOCELE CYSTS (or just simply hardened part of the Epididymis)... most men will have one or two of those spermatocele cysts sooner or later.... the worst it can get (rare) is it starts to grow & hurt alot.... nothing to worry about....
Thanks for that, I've got one on the top of my left nut. Doctor said years ago to go for an ultrasound....can't bring myself to do it. I watched my wife get the ultrasound each time with our kids.
So Yesterday I had a white super tiny bump and I though it was like a pimple on the back of my penis and kind of on the start of the stretchy outside of testicals part. I squeezed it and I woke of with a bigger lump where that tiny white spot is. I have never had sex and I don’t know what this is. Any help would be great.
A good way to test this is using a light test - if you find the tiny lump, and shine a light through it.... if its clear, its a cyst, if its dark, its somethign more.
Its soo terrible feeling I can't even explain, I was kind of sure that it's cancer, and the fear was eating me from inside, I got my USG report today it's a mild cyst. I do understand everyone's fear and if anyone if facing this fear right now I know I can't help you to reduce ur fear but I will suggest you to check it up as soon as possible and please don't search symptoms in Google or anywhere in internet it will just increase your anxiety.
I have found a lump on my right testie a year ago. I have gone to get it checked twice and had an ultrasound and so far, both doctors told me they don’t see any cancer. I am 35 and I’m probably going to get my testies checked every year. I’m hopeful that it will keep being nothing more than a benign cyst. Be aware of you bods my guys.

@@robbob5005 I have felt the same and don’t worry if they already told you it isn’t cancerous. I got one lump on my left testicles and after 2 years it went away but still got one on my right testicle, although it hurts sometimes I’m not worried at all because it will go away eventually as well.
The same thing happened to me. During the scan, the doctor said there was nothing to be afraid of. But a similar small lump came up above it, that is, near the starting point of the penis. Check out the area yourself.

I experienced the same thing as well, just one fine day i was self examining infront of the mirror, i felt a stony like lump on my right scrotum, on the spot i thought it was a testicular cancer, then i was in my first year @ Nursing school in my Country, and i called a friend of whom i met at the hospital during my first year clinical placement. He is a urologists, he examined me and he told me it was a benign scrotal cyst, let me do the ultrasound to clarify, it was the same thing after the ultrasound was done. Then he ask me to give it time hence it was not paining and less serious, all of a sudden the cyst disappeared, but still my right scrotum is larger than the left which am not comfortable with, unfortunately my doctor have returned to cuba he is the only Urologists i trusted in that facility, funnily i cannot afford to trust some of them, which is a disadvantage we have here in my country, now i am wondering if i am safe to live with this till i get to USA, my dream country to practice nursing after graduation, this is one of the reasons why i want to do masters in Urology almost 2 out of 10 in my country have such a problem and they will keep hiding it due to many factors. This motivated to write a study about men health as my Final dissertation in Nursing school. Thank you once again.
I'm 22 and last year I found a lump on my right testicle, the doctor said it was a benign cyst, I had an ultrasound but with 2 young woman so was nervous but they checked both and said that it's nothing thank god. Go and get yourself checked no matter how embarrassing it is
I'm sitting here the morning after operation of my left nut, for the past 3-4 months I've had this growth on my left side and it was starting to cause me pain in that area as well as in my stomach, I went to my dr and she told me it was epiditimitis and gave me 2 weeks of antibiotics that didn't touch it, so we scheduled a ultrasound and found a mass, a cyst, a something anyway so it was onto the urologist who shined flashlights through it like show and tell about how the fluid glows inside and the possibility of taking it out because its causing me such grief... here I am 2 weeks later. Less than 24 hours post op, they took out a lipoma a fatty tumor they say anyway, haven't put my hands anywhere near it to see for myself if the little demon is there anymore, one thing is for sure if there is one body part that I do have right now is my left testicle its making itself well known to my brain and has been through the night. Take care of yourselves.
My father was full of cancer for head to toe he was was in the army and I thinkg it was all the vaccines he was giving. He died at age 34 years. Didn't drink or smoke with 5 kids

If it feels like a Grape, it's probably a Cyst. If it's hard and uneven it could be Cancer. That's what they told me at the Hospital. It turned out to be a Spermatocele, and not Cancer, in my case.

Same thing happened to me. I had some pretty bad pain, similar to what’s commonly called “blue balls” that lasted for a few days and was only in my left side. I saw a female urologist and she preformed an ultrasound. It ended up being a epididymal cyst on my left testicle. The pain hasn’t ever went away, and hasn’t ever come back. but man I wish somebody would have warned me about how cold the gel was for an ultrasound😂😂 glad you’re okay bud. 👍🏼
@@floydmir9709 they literally didn’t do anything but an ultrasound (they had a female Dr do that btw) and then told me that I had a cyst but it was harmless, wouldn’t effect reproduction and if it got any larger or caused more pain, then we would talk about removing it.

More often the lumps and bumps we find on our testicles(not on the scrotum but on the testicle) are "Scrotoliths" that are harmless benign extratesticular masses that are perfectly fine.people often consider them as cancerous lumps

Exact same thing happened with me, my right testee got swollen 1 and a half month ago, there was a dull ach and i found what i thought is a lump in my testee. Go see a doctor, mate. Your folks will understand and won't judge you. You can always tell them it's a "male issue" if you don't want to go into detail and I'm sure they'll understand, but make sure you get it looked at ASAP.
I noticed a small lump on top of my right testicle, visit a doctor and ultrasound done, he told me its a epidi cyst and gave me antibiotics for 5 days, after 1 month visit again cyst still, ultrasound done again and he told me nothing to worry, and i feel another one at botom and on other testicle.. am worry, will visit again tomorrow. Hope nothing serious.
I have a 5 mm cyst on my right testicle and it can hurt. Trying to find a good urologist. One doctor put pressure on it and I almost went through the roof. Its also hard to find a urologist that uses Penile Doppler Ultrasound. I will keep looking.

I got breast lump and i freaked out and thought it was cancer .... they gave me score 4 and told me that i need to do biopsy. I waited 2 weeks for it and that 2 weeks was hell . All i was thinking about i have breast cancer , im dying . Im 39 now. I did biopsies and 3 days later it came back complex cysts.. thank goodness but yeah u r right . Check your self and if u find lumps go to dr. Asap . Dont self diagnose.

Go check it up buddy, don't search symptoms in Google it will just make u anxious, go to doctor, he or she mostly probably give u to do an USG, like I got my report today and it's a mild cyst.

I got a lump couple days ago after shaving my pelvis are, while it's not on my testicles, it's on my pelvis I started to feel pain on my balls and figured it must be cyst and trapped hair causing an infection. I squeezed it after cutting the top part of cyst I think and lil blood came out ...I tried to squeeze the fluid out but all thought he lump got smaller it still hasn't disappeared yet. A cyst usually goes away on its own but in my case I've had it for 5 years and it's causing some pain for me. I was told it would go away but I still have it its 4cm and yah I think in my case it's surgery.

I also found a small hard lump type structure on the top of my right testicle just connected with epydmis, whenever i touch this lump type tructure it hurts and causes pain. I googled about that and find that its an appendix of testis. I m very tense about that.

I have the cyst it wasn't cancer but remember that stage 1 testicular cancer is very survivable

Removed, histology was clear, just waiting for further investigation on inguinal hernia, that was masked by the swelling and only noticed post op.

More often the lumps and bumps we find on our testicles(not on the scrotum but on the testicle) are "Scrotoliths" that are harmless benign extratesticular masses that are perfectly fine.people often consider them as cancerous lumps
There are seveal appendages that can very in size. Well 2-3 appendage, 2 to rhe epidymitis and one appendix testis.

My ultrasound came out to be 689.00 U.S. i was relieved that i also did not get bad news. But the amout that it cost. Was something else.

Exact same thing happened with me, my right testee got swollen 1 and a half month ago, there was a dull ach and i found what i thought is a lump in my testee. Got sacred, kemo, loosing my jwellery and many horrible thoughts F'ed my mind

Go see a doctor, mate. Your folks will understand and won't judge you. You can always tell them it's a "male issue" if you don't want to go into detail and I'm sure they'll understand, but make sure you get it looked at ASAP.

I noticed a small lump on top of my right testicle, visit a doctor and ultrasound done, he told me its a epidi cyst and gave me antibiotics for 5 days, after 1 month visit again cyst still, ultrasound done again and he told me nothing to worry, and i feel another one at botom and on other testicle.. am worry, will visit again tomorrow. Hope nothing serious.

I have a 5 mm cyst on my right testicle and it can hurt. Trying to find a good urologist. One doctor put pressure on it and I almost went through the roof. Its also hard to find a urologist that uses Penile Doppler Ultrasound. I will keep looking.

I got breast lump and i freaked out and thought it was cancer .... they gave me score 4 and told me that i need to do biopsy. I waited 2 weeks for it and that 2 weeks was hell . All i was thinking about i have breast cancer , im dying . Im 39 now. I did biopsies and 3 days later it came back complex cysts.. thank goodness but yeah u r right . Check your self and if u find lumps go to dr. Asap . Dont self diagnose.

Go check it up buddy, don't search symptoms in Google it will just make u anxious, go to doctor, he or she mostly probably give u to do an USG, like I got my report today and it's a mild cyst.

I got a lump couple days ago after shaving my pelvis are, while it's not on my testicles, it's on my pelvis I started to feel pain on my balls and figured it must be cyst and trapped hair causing an infection. I squeezed it after cutting the top part of cyst I think and lil blood came out ...I tried to squeeze the fluid out but all thought he lump got smaller it still hasn't disappeared yet. What should I do and FYI I don't have health insurance at the moment until next January 2023.😞

A cyst usually goes away on its own but in my case I've had it for 5 years and it's causing some pain for me. I was told it would go away but I still have it its 4cm and yah I think in my case it's surgery.
I did my surgery a week ago, it's tiny, a spermatocele, but I don't want to wait out the future to see it go, I'm still 24, well I don't feel any pain rn, just a little discomfort when my balls are stretched,

I also found a small hard lump type structure on the top of my right testicle just connected with epydmis, whenever i touch this lump type tructure it hurts and causes pain. I googled about that and find that its an appendix of testis. I m very tense about that.
