Thank you doctor I was highly worried about my testes because from the initial time I was thinking it is cancer , I visited the doctor he said I am having hydrocele and he suspected something more that something more I was worried about but by seeing your video I think I am having epididymis cyst . I have it in skin of scrotum. It's hard to touch and painless. Should I be worried? I feel it's growing at a slow pace.
I also thought it might be cancer but doctor told it's not and advised me to do USG of scrotum so I did and the impression was---Single simple cyst of size 3mm is noted in left epididymal head,small hypoechoic lesion of size 6*2 mm is seen over surface of left testis features could represent tunica Albuginae Complex cyst or tunica adenomatoid tumor

Hey! I’ve got a lump on my left testicle it usually hangs around the bottom on the front side, it’s pea sized and moves around fairly easily (I can move it between both testicles) should I be worried?

Sir, is scrotal calcinosis or sebacceos cyst harmful? They do not pain and are soft with yellow tip, if its not causing any symptoms does it require surgery? because I don't mind them being there it they are not harmful.

Sir ,I am 16 years old, I have no risk factors for cancer. In May 2021 I received a blow to the testicle, since then and until now I feel the testicle daily. in October 2021 I palpated the testicle more carefully and I found a swelling as small and hard as a grain of rice (2-3 mm) somehow coming out of the testicle. I spoke online with a doctor and he said that the swelling is most likely caused by the blow and that the chances of cancer are minimal. If the swelling was caused by the blow, wouldn't it disappear in 8 months? Is it cancer or what could it be?

I have a hard, painless lump . The fact is it is just on the head of the epidymis of my right testes , so I cannot be sure whether it is on my testes or epidymis. It's been there for maybe 4.5 years , now , causing no issue in me . In the earlier years , i Used to have backpain but now it is almost zero. So is it a serious case ? 😢 (I mean that should I let it be checked immediately)
