By the by, a trumpet is the ultimate aphrodisiac, try it out on the spouse or that someone special…Peace and keep that embouchure tight when needed and loose when you really need that emotion. Never give up!

I`ve been replaying trumpet for the last 7 years and loving it. I was always good at ad libbing solos back then and re found my groove and my high end high notes F# and more. It`s been great for my heart and breathing control to continue playing. I mainly play a 1948 Olds studio and a 1958 Olds mendez. There`s a Bach strad in my collection just like my high school one, But my main goto horn is the olds 1948 studio I got it for $300, my Mendez was $800. I love the old horns and treasure them. It doesn`t need to cost $3000 or more for a great horn, look around, you`ll find others you too would appreciate. good luck and play on, you will live longer for it!

first time I heard Maynard live in 1975 I did not pick my horn up for a week about 10 years later I could play "Hey Jude" same notes as Maynard not nearly as great as he but over the years my range has been very good.... Thanks Maynard the man👍👍

I have seen many great players Maynard Ferguson, Freddie Hubbard, Derek Watkins, Wayne Bergeron, Chuck Mangione, Arturo Sandoval, Thomas Gansch, James Morrison many greats and I beleive you are up there with them all. Qualche settimana fa mi sono comprato un aerofono (Clarii Mini) piuttosto basilare, e grazie al suo video ho già imparato questa canzone e sto ancora cercando di darle tutta l'espressività.
