Vegeta's Final Explosion always made me burst out laughing in the Budokai games, first he's all calm then out of nowhere, he's like "I'M GONNA BLOW TO YOU BITS, BITE ME WAAAAAAAAHHHH"
I love how when Vegeta is wearing his Saiyan saga or Android armor, it’s all cracked up. I know how the regular blue jumpsuit will just look torn up near his arms but I love how he looks in the armor so much more.

Why is it that you keep that Ellie amount of health? I feel like babidi’s mind control should heal you at least a little bit. You get like no time to enjoy Majin Vegeta if you’re not god tier at the game.
I’d honestly be even more into these if it was an actual struggle. This was pretty cool, but I’d love to see matches where it’s back and forth a little more. I know that’s hard given your skill level at this game, but just a thought!

He only has those cracks once he transforms into Majin Vegeta. If you look closely during the Babidi's Brainwashing cutscene, you can see that his clothes are still intact before he transforms. The only character who I've seen get their clothes broken is Goku, but that was in Budokai 3.

Majin Vegeta should be available from the start once you equip the capsule, but they made it like this since B2 and never bothered to fix it.
