i really can't understand why vegeta had to be low health to babidi's mind control capsule to work lol.. that was a really weak mechanic. They should had it like a normal transformation or new character like the db tenkaichi games
In the original B2, when Majin Vegeta was introduced, his Final Explosion could OHKO the opponent, so having access to it only on low health was meant to be an high risk/high reward comeback option. Since then, it stayed the same in the Budokai games, only IW partially solved the issue.

A couple of questions. Are you playing on an actual console or an emulator? I can’t seem to run this game with low enough latency for me to do extended combos without my inputs being missed on PCSX2
I'm playing on emulator. If you have lag problems, either try a different controller driver program, or update the emulator and its plugins. If the problem still persists, go on PCSX2 Forum and ask for help, like I did. :)
sadly he has no chance. unless kid buu really is stronger than ultimate buuhan. in that cause it would be close cause vegeta was doing really well at not giving up to kid buu i think he could do pretty well
Is in the option menu, if you're playing in a PS2 probably you have the 1.00v, in this version the only dub is English and you can't get the outfit of Future Trunks with the saiyan Armor and the King Piccolo with Piccolo
