  • This is an easy way of making Japanese rice ball or Onigiri which is more like flat rectangular sandwich. You can mix & match a large verity of ingredients as you like for the fillings.

    Hi, thank you for this video. How long do you keep your sandwich in the cling wrap before eating it? I've made this a few times and the ingredients keep falling out. 😆 I think I need to let the shape form for longer and would love to know your method. Thanks!

      Hi
      I left it wrap for about 10-15 minutes.
      If it still doesn't work for you please try putting a plate over them for a few minutes so that all ingredients will stick together. And also please make sure you wrap it tight :)

    how many days you can store this to your fridge?

      Because of the fillings used here, please do not keep in fridge more than one day to be safe.

      Nope, I used Sushi Rice (short grains ones) here
