Hi sir, I'm also suffering from Crohn's and I'm taking treatment in hyderabad ans it's not cure, can you please help to whom I need to consult.. Please help
Koi tension lene ki bath nahi hai aap bas medication start kardijiye, exercise kijiye, health food khaiye, oil, spices, & depending on how severe apka disease hai fiber bhi apko kam karna pad saktha hai. Agar aap ye follow karoge tho I am sure you stomach pains will be under control and jaise doctor recommend kiye waise follow karo everything will be fine. And agar aap Hyderabad se ho tho aap ek bar Dr Ujjwal Gajula ke pass Consult kar sakthe ho he is a very good doctor.
It was indeed a promotional video....dont know whether he is paid or not.... He didn't mention anything regarding his situation post surgery.... Being a crohns patient i know very well that this shitty disrase requires lifelong medication...why was he put on biologics immediately after hospitalization.... Why wasn't he prescribed azoran or any immune modular drugs??
Hi @saptarshighosh9605, I know this video appears to be promotional video but I would like to mention that I was not paid for this in fact i had to travel around 17 kms to the hospital from my home to just give this interview as I wanted to spread my experience but I also felt that it was only natural that I promot the hospital and Doctors who saved me and helped me recover. I has my surgery in May so now in December I would like to share my health update here I am doing fine and apart for the pain in the stitches (as i have 30 stitches on my abdomen) from time to time I am doing fine. As for my diet even now I am still avoiding the thing which will casue inflammation such as garlic, excess of oil in food so that means no outside food and no chatpata food. Even in emergencies where i had no home food when traveling outsise home I started reading the list of ingredients at the back of the food packets and only eat things which doesn't have any or less oil, flavorings, and try to eat things that are as natural as they can be. I still am on biologicals and still take pentasa 500gms 4 tablets a day 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I agree that it is a shitty disease and requires strict dietary restrictions along with lifelong medication (as far as I have read and experienced this I feel like this kind of like diabetes where life long medication and dietary control is required) as long as we take timely medication and maintain a proper diet we should be fine. And as for the why I was put on biologicals as soon as I was hospitalized that was because my illium was completely narrowed and was having difficulty swallowing even water just imagine how it would have been for me. The doctor did give a choice 3 years back when this problem was 1st detected to opt for a slow treatment or faster treatment which was 1st suppress the inflammation by giving steroids and then afte that go on biologicals along with pentasa. As during that period we were still in the pandemic so I with my family took the decision to go for the faster and aggressive treatment. And to also make it clear I wanted to thank Dr. Ujjwal Gajula as he was the one who has been treating me since day 1 and whichever hospital he has gone we had gone there to get treated. And at this point of time he is working at Care Hospital hi-tech city so I undergone a surgery here and to my good luck the rest of the doctors, surgeons and nurses at this hospital were good so I was able to recover this well. How this doesn't come of as rude and I definitely mean no harm and which you well and hope that you are also doing good.
Tests and treatments only available in big cities that too in muilti speciality hospitals It wont be cheap our best hope is get it into remission with steroids and other immuno surpassents Biologics are very costly as you know there no cure it will come back eventually best we can do is maintain remission as long as possible
