Working Mom Day in the Life *6 Months Postpartum*

- Welcome to a day in my life as a new mom: 6 months postpartum and back to work. I currently work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home and this is what an average work day [from the office] looks like for me. I have to acknowledge that I have help at home and a very chill baby and that makes life much easier for me. I ate relatively healthy and worked out on on that particular day and that is kind of the perfect scenario that I'm striving for, but there are many days where I don't have the energy to make healthy food and rely on frozen meals, or I'm too tired to work out. Both are totally fine - we're just taking it one day at a time and trying to make the best of it 💛

This was my life when I gave birth to my first born. I enjoyed my job at the time, but my goodness, it was stressful at times. You are doing such a great job!
