Really appreciate you and your videos Aaron. You’ve helped me do ALL of the maintenance and repairs to my 6.7 including full transmission replacement. Gotta say that your taste in music is on point sir! Love the tracks you turn almost as much as the knowledge you spit. Keep it up broski!
Arod, thanks for doing this part deux. Its nice to see the actual process of the repair after diagnosing the problem. I know your 'shop life' is a little different right now, but I do miss the old longer nuts & bolts removal, repair process videos you were doing more of before the change. Keep up the great work man! 👍🏻👌🏻🛠️🔧🔩🗜️🚜🛢️🚧🏗️
Thanks for taking the time to make this very informative video, and showing exactly what needs to be replaced and why. I feel for you though as I HATE working in the cold! Great job as always!
Great vid Arod. Question. What is the part number to that heater core line O-ring that you loosened and swung out of the way that was connected to the coolant crossover
I love your channel. I have a question that I'm not sure if you covered it before. I have a 2019 F250 with the 6.7 with 323000 miles and I've heard conflicting views on wether or not I need to change my CCV out. I know mine is the one without the filter so I don't think I need to replace it, but I just wanted to be sure.
I have a 23 f250 and when connected to car play or blue tooth I get a loud interference noise randomly when driving but mainly when you shift into reverse the camera freezes and a loud noise over the speakers have you come across anything like this ? Dealer can’t figure it out
Sorry for being off topic. I avg 208-213 towing. 2022 F250 6.7L Tremor What is normal oper. Temp range for 10r140... normal/towing. Temp. After PPE upgrade? Trans. Oil cooler issues?
@@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod thanks for reply I didn't see you put them on thats all or are they in fitting and clip when you pushed tube on not familiar with fittings
That ccv box looks a little bloated 😅…. Any who, is it okay to run 15w40 on these 6.7 Powerstrokes, curios because I’ve heard that these newer diesels really don’t like 15w40 since it’s too “thick”
No more working out in the cold for you now. Most of the work to fix this was getting everything out of the way. I hate having to remove 100 things just to get at what you actually need to work on.
if I had your email address I would email you obviously you don't want to or can't give me your email address I tried to give you my business@@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod
Heres HOW we found the leak!

Man I think that could be my mysterious coolant leak hopefully I can figure it out tomorrow. Thanks and damn it cause I hate taking that intake off

The only thing I would have added would be to replace that plastic thermostat housing. Plastic will crack eventually.
Sure, if you want
Great video
Ford changed the coolant to the yellow stuff but mine has the orange coolant, what do you recommend?

No filter = no service
That's what I thought. Thank you for all the great content you give us.

Unfortunately.... All my repairs are done outside....
Did I miss the new jesus clips being installed or did they do something different in the fittings?

What is your opinion on the disaster prevention kits?
S&S all the way unless you replace the cp4 with the S&S DCR.

10w30 all day
Love your shizz my guy 🔥
Thanks buddy
Is this still an issue on the newer gen 6.7s?
