Change has to come from within a community. If you get an opportunity look at Hindu University of America online courses on Women in Hindu studies. It’s taught from Dharmic perspective. Brahmadinis were female scholars who debated on an equal basis with male scholars 10000 years ago re spirituality. ‘India ‘ Megathenes book spoke of how safely and freely women in Bharat interacted with society. They were respected and were trained in both military knowledge and the Vedas.
