I am one of the women who choose Islam according to women ‘s right in Islam. However, reality is quite different because not all Muslims follow Quran and Sunna. Quran and Sunna is like an Ideal among Muslims, but real world is very very different. I have been seeing this phenomenon for more than a decade.

That's right. But the thing is just as men don't follow a lot of commandments from Islam, so do women. It's Muslims deviating away from Islam and not being practicing. Islam has always been perfect.

Yes true. The basic concept of islam is totally different. Islam provided us the complete code of life but unfortunately no Muslim is following it the way it should be. Man only talk about the rights given to them by islam they only know 4 marriages and to oppress women. whereas Allah clearly mention that "marry 4 if u can maintain justice btw them and surely no one can maintain justice" so Allah allowed men to marry (in rare circumstances) n mentioned this as well that u can't do justice with them and if you don't do justice then u r answerable to Allah on judgement day. right. but no one talks about that ... Allah make man provider and he has to provide every single thing to woman. Everything related to man, a woman has an equal share in it but if wife earns so he has no share in that.. But no one talks about that... Wife is only entitled to take care of ur child n is not responsible for ur house chores acc to islam but no one talks about it

If I ever disrespected the other religions, I am very sorry for that. But first read it.Then u will understand why truth always is the truth.
Muslim-Why do u worshipp a soil made idol?
Hindu-We pray to God (indirectly) by praying infront of the idols.
    Muslim-Female God or Male God?
Hindus--Some of them are male and some of them are female. But they are the different forms of One Supreme God.
Muslim-Wow!But did u see any of them with ur own eyes? Then why did u make idols of them?(looks like a normal human when they are made-having hands, eyes, legs etc...?)Why did u disrespect the different forms of One God by giving them a normal shape)(shape near to a human)?
    Hindus-So what do u believe?
Muslim-We believe one God who is God of Everything. Allah is the God.Allah is not a male and Allah is not a female. But u will see many false definition of Allah in many places. But u read the Quran in (Surah Ikhlas)and then u will understand the truth. See I did not tell anything from ur Holy Books.I just gave logics. So if u are wise u should believe Islam.
-*Muslim-Why do u think Jesus(pbuh) as the son of God?
    Christian -what do u believe?
Muslim-We believe Jesus was one of the prophets of Allah and he is not the son of God and he was not crucified rather Allah(SWT) picked him up in the sky.And this and other extraordinary things done by Jesus were not the miracles of Jesus. It was the miracles of Allah.God helped him and permitted him to show these miracles to the People of his time.
Miracles are important in Islam mainly as signs to prove the truthfulness of prophets. There are many examples of miracles recorded in the Qur'an , for example when the Prophet Muhammad was taken through the heavens to meet Allah. The Qur'an makes it clear to Muslims that Allah can perform miracles if he so chooses.Prophet Muhammad(SAW) saw a very little of God's light in that time.
**Jesus (pbuh) was sent as a messenger only to the children (children means People)of Israel..
"These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying,Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel"-(The Holy Bible -Matthew-10:5-6)
    *Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:
"And [make him] a messenger to the Children(children means people) of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah. And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of Allah. And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers."
    (QS. Aal-i-Imraan 3: Verse 49)
Christan-Now I understand the truth that Jesus came only for Israel. And Islam came for every man and woman. And the miracles done by the prophets were not for their strength. Rather it is God's strength.
    Muslim-Jesus says-"Jesus is a man-John-(8:40)
Jesus says" Jesus is a son of Adam"-Luke-(3:38)
    Bible says-
"God is neither a Man nor a son of Man"(Numbers-23:19)
Christan-Wow.I can not deny the Bible. So I am accepting that Jesus is not God and He(pbuh) is not the son of God rather he(pbuh) is one of the prophets of God.
**Can a muslim wish merry Christmas to christians?
Ans-Suppose your birthday is in 25th August. But I wishd u Happybbirthday in 25th December. So what do u think?Isn't it a foolish work to do?25 is not the date mentioned in the Bible as the day of Jesus's birth; the Bible is actually silent on the day or the time of year. And as I told u before that u forget the one and only God(having no sons or wives or daughters or any idols). Then God will also forget u.And Jesus will come again in the world as a follower of prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and then he(pbuh) will die normally. Quran and Hadiths tell that there are no brunches of Islam.

    • @husnamoni8079
      @husnamoni8079 2 роки тому +4

I'm no scholar or anything lol, but being physically strong and enduring pain is different. During birth, a pregnant woman/ the mother is blessed special, extra powers to carry the child (they literally get a whole extra organ/??(not good with words) in their body eg. Placenta and hormones to help her carry the child and give birth). A pregnant woman is so special that it is said she gets the honour of being a martyr if she dies while giving birth. As for men, they are born with physical strengths that they can do easily while woman can't eg. Pick up heavy objects. Physically, if you see a healthy body of both a male and a female together, you'll see that the man has a stronger physic, greater build, more of the bodyguard type who can fight/ defend if needed, a woman's however, is still full of beauty, calmness, and softer side of things. I hope it helps you clear up.

❗The word Islam means peace and submission. Muslims greet each other by saying 'Salaam alaykum' meaning 'peace be upon you'. , the majority of Muslims believe in seeking a just and peaceful world. The Qur'an teaches that Allah wants Muslims to control their aggression and approach others with peace.
{Do not let your hatred of people incite you to aggression}.ref/Qur’an 5:3)
    The Qur'an
For Muslims the Qur'an is of supreme importance because it is the direct words of Allah to humankind, and it is therefore treated with great respect. The Qur'an often refers to teachings about peace and reconciliation:
{Paradise is for…those who curb their anger and forgive their fellow men.}Ref/Qur'an 3:134
    ---------------------------------------
    {Do not kill a soul which Allah has made sacred except through due process of law.}
    ref/Qur'an 6:51
This quote suggests that Muslims should only kill if it can be justified under Islamic law because human life is precious and belongs to Allah.
Killing of any other kind is one of the greatest sins in Islam. These sins will be judged by Allah on the Day of Judgement.
    Hadith
In the Hadith the Prophet Muhammad teaches that maintaining peace and good relations is very important and that Muslims should not get carried away with feelings of hatred towards others:
{Do you know what is better than charity and fasting and prayer? It is keeping peace and good relations between people, as quarrels and bad feelings destroy mankind.}ref/Hadith
    Peace and equality
Islam seeks peace and harmony within a community, the ummah and also between countries. Islam teaches that reconciliation is of great importance.
Peace is central to Islam and the religion aims to achieve a world without attack, conflict or unjust rulers. A peaceful solution to any situation of conflict must be sought and if an enemy offers peace Muslims should accept it. The Qur'an reminds Muslims that Allah is always watching and taking account of their actions. This belief is clearly expressed in the following verse:
{If the enemy inclines towards peace, then you should also incline towards peace and trust in Allah, for He is the One that hears and knows all.} ref/Qur'an 8:61
Islam teaches that prejudice and discrimination of any kind are wrong, because we are all creations of Allah and are therefore equal.
Some Muslims refuse to fight in contemporary wars because they believe that with modern warfare there can be no such thing as a just war. Air strikes often accidently kill innocent civilians, and chemical and nuclear weapons have the capacity to cause mass destruction to humanity and the environment.
{Whoever saved a life; it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind.} Ref/Qur'an 5:32

    I appreciate the video, however, my problem with all these kinds of videos is that only these things are being discussed and then the matter is swept under the rug. The topic of men and women and the justice between them. I hope someone can clear my confusions, and this is a Loonng comment so here goes;
These days i am going through some issues and noone understands or tries to explain to me, instead they just tell me how dare i question the word of Allah (when Allah himself has told us to read and ponder) , or they tell me to just ignore it when they don't have answers, as I'm "supposedly" not being directly affected by it, but i fear in the near future i will be (ya know, marriage and all) , since people believe men are superior to women, if a man says something woman has to follow it, if she defies then she's worthy of hell, also women don't have right of consent, if they say no to their partner "without any valid reason" (love that btw, that the man will decide what the valid reason is, and usually is only being physically sick, on her cycle, or completely exhausted) she can't say no to anything basically, and the second she does she's going to hell, she can't get out of the house without the mans permission, can't go to work, can't meet her friends or family nothing! Like the complete control of her life is in the hands of a man, who may or may not follow islam, and the woman can't escape, it makes me genuinely scared to get married i tell you in this day and age, to willingly go into a contractual cage.
Also other issues like covering a woman, there is so much restriction on her in this regard too as compared to man, she has to be covered from head to toe in a black sheet as if to completely vanish her existence, like so many people justify how in the west woman is being objectified by showing her body, but isn't this objectification too? That a woman can't show an arm or a foot cuz men can get turned on by it, some societies say oh her face may turn on a guy put a veil on it, or some say oh her eyes may turn on a guy to they cover even her eyes! Like a horse or a donkey, and then they say her mere presence will turn on a man so let's completely get rid of her on the street and then she is no longer allowed to go anywhere and is stuck in the four walls of a room where god knows only what happens to her.
I know there are women who are okay with this life of doing nothing but housework or taking care of children, and i appreciate it because i know how hard it is, but i have difficultiy accepting it all at the expense of being a second rate citizen of islam, cuz a man is "better" than her.
Many women have other aspirations too which are frowned upon and then the in-laws or husband put restrictions on her completely snatching away her dreams and hopes from her, expecting her to conform to a specific way and to only fulfill her husbands wishes and desires. Like I've literally read comments of men saying that women were only created for men as a reward, and we are only made to please men, and by pleasing men(husbands) we please Allah?? And if for example i don't get married I'm incomplete? Or my deen is incomplete? Like only marrying a man and becoming his slave is the way to complete my deen? We don't even have anything of our own, our Fathers house is not our own, nor is our brother's, neither is our husband's, and neither our kids are our own, as if a woman divorces she won't get custody of the child unless a certain age since the man gave the sperm so it's his child, despite the woman carrying it for nine months giving birth to it and taking care or it (btw without a woman man even can't produce a child, for those who give this logic for superiority and other things) Women are fed their entire lives how to serve a man, their entire life revolves around a man, she cannot do anything on her own, she cannot think for herself or she's not a good muslim, she's "selfish".
Whether its talk about intellect as compared to man, or her "religious piety", or her body, or her hair or her smell, or her mere existence(cunning plotting nature, most of us will be in hell, only our husbands can take us to heaven we are nothing on our own), everything is degraded as compared to man and it forces me to think that according to the religion presented to me by said scholars, Allah has nauzubillah, not done justice???
There is just soo much that just boils my blood these days and I'm just losing hope of everything bit by bit, and it makes me think maybe Allah didn't love me and loved man more that's why he made me less than a man.
I desperately don't want to leave islam, but I'm extremely confused, and devasted by the sort of "islamic" knowledge i have come across recently and i have been starting to be really depressed since at least a month now...
Edit: I'm a south east asian just to put things in perspective.

      @justsomeone14 Рік тому +4

@@drashnahussain7660 at the top of my head, I think the only way to have peace with regards to religion, is to read the religion on your own (quran), without any of these religious teachers, and without ahadith, at first, because for me personally, that's where a lot of my problems stem from (e.g; only women are talked about being in hell for being ungrateful, but what about men who are Ungrateful to their wives? Wil they end up in hell as well, things like this are there which only target women, and men get away with all their shit), also whatever we study should be without biasness.
This way at least we will have some mental clarity.
But as far as the society, I'm afraid we will have to conform to its sick ways since majority is authority, and if we don't conform our so called religious society will make our lives hell on earth, so we can't do much about the rest of the society, but we can only start by teaching what's right to our own children and hopefully others would do the same, to one day create a sane society.
Other than that... May Allah help us both come to the solution. Aameen

Hello there I hope you are doing well. I am a black woman and I am gay and I was raised as a Muslim and I understand your experience very well.. Nobody is perfect but I never could find someone that portrayed my reality of life thru institutions of faith. As a kid my own family would shame me before I even knew who I was or what I was… women and girls clothing never fit me comfortably so I always shopped in men’s and boy clothing but tha funny part is most ppl complimented me on my style I just am me not trying to intimate a man…Im writing this comment to let you know your not alone but you have to make something work for YOU… it is a struggle yes because I as a woman doesn’t wear hijab or present myself to be feminine more often then not nobody sticks up for me in Muslim spaces and makes it difficult to not give up as I have attempted to off myself because I though God is merciful to all creatures? but forgiveness and mercy are completely different.. It’s drives me insane..Feeling defeated can kill you off alone but I think it’s high time we as humans accept that their is no one way to be a woman I think little girls need to hear this especially so that other women won’t be rude and mean to other WOMEN… my aunties were very hard on me growing up and very mean to me it only made me think they were hate filled.. I say that because what are you truly defending?? Murders rapists child molesters arrogant ppl thieves and accomplices of violence and trangressions can be forgiven (whether they are male or females) but women get the double negative if they partake in those things above because woman can’t even go to heaven on their own unless married.. nobody would tell a guy you know you not gone go to heaven unless you’re married it’s not a right over them but the same cant be said about women… what keeps me going actually is trying to learn about God and let me tell you some things have given me hope truly.. some Muslims may not know this Hadith I found it on an imams yt page he was reading it from his notes about a man who comes to the prophet pbuh and says my daughter doesn’t want to get married tha Hadith describes the man as he had no children modern in his temper and could take care of his family if they decided to have children. The prophet PBUH goes to the daughters house and ask her why she didn’t want to be married? Remind you from what we know the Prophet had knowledge of things that would happen before it happened cuz of God almighty so why do treat women like things or objects or ppl who are not complete unless they are willfully taking orders? The girl replies she does not want someone to have that much right over her life.. it didn’t describe the girl if she wore hijab if she prayed we just know she is someone’s daughter lol the point of the Hadith is to validate her choice and show the world a significant amount of women are just like her and she is not less than.. I onyl mean to shed light and give hope because I know how it feels to have to do everything yourself just to survive the defeating thoughts and reality of life. I may not know you but my hearts goes out to you ❤

The hadith relates how al-Sulami went to the Prophet Muhammad and said, "O messenger of Allah, I desire to go on the military expedition and I have come to consult you." The Prophet responded by asking, "Do you have a mother?" Al-Sulami replied, "Yes." The Prophet told him, "Stay with her, because paradise lies beneath her feet."

I can relate with you, i am also going through similar issues and noone understands or tries to explain to me, instead they just tell me how dare i question the word of Allah (when Allah himself has told us to read and ponder) , or they tell me to just ignore it when they don't have answers, as I'm "supposedly" not being directly affected by it, but i fear in the near future i will be, since people believe men are superior to women, if a man says something woman has to follow it, if she defies then she's worthy of hell, also women don't have right of consent, if they say no to their partner "without any valid reason" (love that btw, that the man will decide what the valid reason is, and usually is only being physically sick, on her cycle, or completely exhausted) she can't say no to anything basically, and the second she does she's going to hell, she can't get out of the house without the mans permission, can't go to work, can't meet her friends or family nothing! Like the complete control of her life is in the hands of a man, who may or may not follow islam, and the woman can't escape, it makes me genuinely scared to get married i tell you in this day and age, to willingly go into a contractual cage.
Also other issues like covering a woman from head to toe in a back sheet as if to completely vanish her existence, like so many people jusitfy how in the west woman is being objectified by showing her body, but isn't this objectification too? That a woman can't show an arm or a foot cuz men can get turned on by it, some socities say oh her face may turn on a guy put a veil on it, or some say oh her eyes may turn on a guy to they cover even her eyes!
There is just soo much that just boils my blood these days and I'm just losing hope of everything bit by bit, and it makes me think maybe Allah didn't love me and loved man more that's why he made me less than a man.
I desperately don't want to leave islam, but I'm extremely confused, and devasted by the sort of "islamic" knowledge i have come across recently and i have been starting to go numb since at least a month now...

Any explanation you give other than the fact that Islam is extremely sexist at its core is unacceptable to me.

      No explanation. Only sugarcoating.
      That's why I've left Islam.
Men can have 4 wives women can't. Men can marry Christian or Jews women but women can't.
Islam is pretentious. It gives women special rights that they don't even need to give them a sense of equality which is unnecessary anyway. And deprives them of basic rights like being able to choose what you wanna wear.(wear hijab or go to hell is not really a choice)
      Men can marry non

The thing that in a modern world where we women have equal rights given by society, we don't need to degrade our rights by following a religion that was made in 7th century.
The thing that Islam has the law to execute people for apostasy (in modern world,12 countries have this law), it shows how much human rights Islam gives people, let alone women's rights

@@Nevebrownie I would appreciate it if you'd clarify what you mean. Hijab is for both men and women, they just have it differently. But on a side note, a woman can't wear skinny jeans, and so does the man. Society is always the issue, most will be way too concerned about how a woman has a strand of her hair out and never bat an eye when a man has his shorts way below his belly button and way above his knees.

@@maybewascool I’m not talking about hijab, I'm talking about how women are treated as second-class in Muslim cultures whereas men are free to do whatever they want, such as partying, drinking, doing bad things etc.
If a woman makes a minor mistake then all the blame goes to her and she gets unjustly punished.

@@Nevebrownie yes I get what you mean, and to some extent I was also taking about some, if not most or all, Muslim cultures. But I mainly mentioned hijab since my comment was originally talking about it because this is a video about the hijab.
Though, as you've mentioned it is in muslim cultures, not in islam itself. So I'm not sure why you're complaining about society's issues to me when I was talking about religious beliefs :)
