Well, the taco shop hasn’t built my bike, but in the last month I’ve spent over $4600 on taco gear/parts to build/prep my 2022 KTM 500 EXC-F for dirt only duty. These videos are a great way to get ideas for your own build and in the process keep $$$ going out the door (lol)!!! It’s almost like owning a boat. No, all kidding aside; really appreciate all Mikes insights and tech tips and how to’s. No one else in the space does it quite like the taco shop. My bike is soooo nice; I can’t wait to get it dirty. I have a few more farkles to install, but it looks the business, and I’ve at least road tested the ECU and suspension off of curbs and did some drivability tests, full pulls and constant low speed throttle in low gears. Love the taco shop vids. The new bike prep video, and the dirt tricks dome washer tip--- would have never known. The taco taillight and enduro break away tag setup is genius. The fork signal wraps-- genius. Those should take a beating off road and still have street function if needed for short road sections between trails.
Could you provide some additional details on the right hand start/stop switch? You mention it is a new motominded switch. Is that correct or is it motogadget? I can’t find it anywhere. Do you sell on your website/ have a link to purchase? Thanks!!
Love this maxed out, tricked out ktm. Have learned a lot from your Channel. Question: do you know if Cycra hand-guard offerings will fit 2020-23 500 exc-f?? Thanks again for your detailed videos.
I noticed the Canyon Dancer tie down eyelets on the fork clamps. KTM cast Fork clamps have a recessed bolt, Canyon Dancer use instructions say they cannot be used in recessed bolt applications. Do you add a small spacer or something to use these on the KTM?
I would love to be in Ron's boots taking that for a shred!, maybe we can trade my tech 7's and '03 RM125 turned part Enduro Build for this! ahaha great in-depth video, bike looks amazing!
You guys need to come out with a horn thats half the size and allows it to be rerouted and mounted behind the motor to prevent it from being useless in the mud like some people do

Hi Mike,
I was wondering what your thoughts on the Crower Cam for the 500? 2018 specifically
😊
never clicked on a video this fast.
are the shrouds mounted behind the radiator guard or in front? Looks like they're mounted behind the guard

Are the newest EXCF bikes "better" than the pre closed loop O2 bikes? I'm tempted to go newer
Newer bikes are lighter and better performers
@@TACOMOTOCO thank you!
This bike for sale yet? lol! Im in the market to buy a 500 at the moment.
So did he stick with the graves or fmf 4.1?
Graves
Any reason you don’t use the rear wheel spacers that cup around the hub?
How the heck did you get those parts.. slim pickins out there I can’t find anything in stock
Contact the guys at www.tacomoto.co with what you’re after and see what kind of magic they can make happen

Fifth gear on 17-23 exc 500’s are too close to forth and too far from sixth.
