- New information about the disappearance of Maddie Soto has been released in a police interview of her mother's boyfriend and documents released by the state attorney in Osceola County, Florida. Maddie vanished on February 26. Detectives interviewed Stephan Sterns the next day about what he claimed happened the morning Maddie disappeared. Documents also detail the reaction of Maddie's mother when confronted with photos showing Sterns allegedly sexually abusing Maddie. Madelana Cojocari's step father is going to trial on May 20, so this Monday. They know where she is, but no one is making them tell.
He is vile and when he speaks I get nauseated! I blame Jen more than I do him because she was her mom!! What I get from this “anxiety” is that he tried to get Jen to do these things and she said she didn’t care who he done them to as long as he left her alone so therefore , she pushed him to Maddie! What’s done is done, you cannot take back anything that you did or didn’t do. The best thing to do now is admit/confess what you know, speak the truth. Give your daughter peace and free yourself of what you know. Stop denying, stop trying to act like you were completely innocent, speak the truth. If you truly love your daughter and I believe you do, speak all of the truth.
There is forgiveness, but you also need to do the right thing.

@@djohny-ne3gg If they prove she was guilty of helping him cover his tracks after the fact (or that she knew he was abusing her daughter and did nothing), then she could be charged with that and sentenced appropriately. Doesn't change the fact that people will still comment that I am blaming the Mom for his actions if I did not say I wasn't. And, I'm not blaming her for what he did. He never would have done that to my kids, but being ignorant (not knowing she was being abused) is not a crime. Hold each of them accountable for their own actions.
