move the in4148 diodes at the back side of the mobile phone while making a call or receiving a call, you led is not glowing bcoz it is not on the proper side where your mobile network anteena is, so move around the zener diodes on the corner or center of the phone slowly when you are on call or making a call.

the diodes i used is a signal diode, and connecting those signal diodes in series double the signal voltage enough to light up an led
