I tried to give a crack at it, but the tolerances seemed to be off. The pieces wouldn't snap together nicely, either requiring a lot of force, or not connecting at all.

I printing mine at 150% scale alot of people seem to be having issues with the fit, mine went on easy and I think it's due to the size increase, give it a go and let me know how it turns out

Tip:try to dip it at hot water or use a blower and cool it up hope this works😊

@zerogaming6611 this is a good tip, when any of my prints are tight due to tolerances I usually just hold them over my heater for a minute and it seems to work, only downside is that sometimes the opposite will happen and they become too loose if left for to long

@CVC-VR I usually keep it untill it's just able to be moved with a little force but not so flexible that it moves on its own, I would suggest applying a little bit of force while heating it untill its in place then blow on it or cool it down quickly some how so the position is locked in, also just apply heat in 5-10 second intervals depending on how high the heat is, Hope it helps.

I wouldn't class myself as any expert on animation, but I would suggest framing the characters in cinematic angles. Brickaway is an amazing tiktoker who does great work in posing etc give him a look. Hope this helps

Can you use PLA for this?

I used pla for armour and petg for the joints, you could use all pla but the fragility of it would cause the joints to break quite quickly over time if moved regularly, I have also tried printing joints in pla and even with not much movement with a 90% infill it was touch an go
