I'm planning to get the phrozen printer. I was just wondering if somebody already made or if you can actually make a 1:1 replica of an original bandai gunpla with the or without the runners that you can assemble?

typically when you scale up things the tolerance gaps become wider which could account for looseness. It's also possible that the model was calibrated towards the maker's printer, because I know every the amount of accuracy a printer will print will depend on how you calibrate the steps and also reduce any vibration which may cause ghosting. I'm guessing you did this on an FDM printer since the layer lines are more visible than from resin since the resolution for resin printers is a lot smaller. Also, when printing round parts that aren't oriented perpendicular to the bed won't completely round due to the layers which could also account for fitting issues. I know you said you didn't want to do a multi material print, but you could use pva for the supports and it should dissolve with water, so the removal of supports should be easier and cleaner (i haven't done too much pva support prints, but the one i did worked pretty well) though pva is expensive and absorbs moisture really easily so you either want to use it quickly or store it in a drybox. Nice print and build though for a 3d printed model.

This model looks rlly good but it seems it's a copy of an official bandai model kit: the entry grade rx-78-2

I just did one at 200% and had 4 pieces to break. The Frame chest female connector broke while trying to add the head, and 3 of the knee elbow connectors broke while trying to connect one of the knees. The parts that broke were all printed using PETG. I used Glow in the dark PLA for the armor bits. I will use my heat gun on the replacement parts. Thanks for the advice. Cheers!
