Just wanted to thank you for this video and let you know that I re-watch it every time I feel overwhelmed. The action steps are tangible and ease my mind.
And "give that CO2 to your local house plant" makes me smile every single time 🌱☺️

I loved this video. Definitely the best one yet. “The best tweet your ever twote” had me in stitches!

Came Beck to this video today. Have to say it is the best one for me... I have been doing this now every day. What I also found is that some days I need to go through the process half way through the day! Thanks for all you do.

AND HE'S BACK WITH A VENGEANCE (and some sweet dance moves)! Yay! 😀
And I am here with a customarily long ass comment. I'd apologize but I'm not sorry. 😌
A mental health and grief professional I saw in passing on Twitter said that we're all collectively going through a grief state right now. I think if we treat the situation like grief and give ourselves the space and time to process, we can all do really well. This is a well timed video!
I'm a huge fan of Morning Pages to brain dump and I kind of do an evening version of it too. It's like journaling but quicker and way lower pressure.
OH! I also really recommend automating ALL of the things you can. I automated: pet food delivery, groceries, pet FEEDING (feeding robots are a thing and they are VERY affordable), my bedroom fan (schedule) my consistent bills, my water consumption (my water bottle has an app to remind me to take a drink and glows) and next thing will be my vacuum because robots are heckin' neato and I hate vacuuming. Automate the Boring Stuff is a coding book that a lot of people enjoy when they first get into programming but it also helps you THINK like a coder and take the path of least resistance as much as possible which can alleviate a lot of the stress, frustration and buildup that our brains like to create.
I loved that part about celebrating. I think we all forget to celebrate the small joys and victories throughout the day and life. It's easier to remember them if you acknowledge them. :3

This is an awesome video which I think is so important right now. These practical step by step tasks are things that we always need to do but simply forget in the midst of distractions. It's kinda like a focus ritual. Thanks for the video, great dancing and clear message!

Thanks for this. I've been feeling all little tasks have suddenly become big projects. Overwhelming is definitely the right word.
Watching your video, I realized I go through that process to get into a flow state where I'm actually being truly productive... but it happens over a long period of time... It takes me days just to be in that state of mind where I'm finally ready to tackle work.

That little Rocky is adorable! Thank you so much for this video and the PDF. I will pay this forward at both work and home. Protein cookie dough? That sounds like another great idea! 😃

Happened to come across your channel. Very simple, sorted and doable actionables... Though for me, my clearing of physical clutter would infact take away the chunk of my time... But getting started is probably the most important part. Thanks a lot.👍🏻🎉

These are really good ideas to focus ! I actually find that focusing in the first part of my day is pretty easy, it's more the midday fatigue (after 5 or so hours of work) that stops my productivity unfortunately.

I think you’re the first person to try to make up a Twitter-related adverb (and I kind of had to laugh since I don’t think “twote” is a real word). In all seriousness though, this video is really helpful as I can get easily distracted or caught up in my own thoughts.

    I have the idea
    I am on board
I do not know where to start
    I look at my room
I do not know what is next to do
I do not know what to do with gifts that loved
Ones gave when they were here on earth
