Anyway, thanks for capturing the comparison of the auto modes and sharing with us :)
The primary camera of oppo is slightly better than vivo but in zoom and telephoto shots vivo is unbeatable...both are great and samsung and apple should learn image processing from them
Man, your comparisons are great! It is hard to find someone that search for highlighted areas and darker at the same time. This is exactly what real life is, unpredictable. In my opinion, Oppo did a better job here, with more natural colours, better microphones, more useful night mode and better front camera. But of course, Vivo has batter macro with telephotos, more clarity and better depth of field. I just don't like over saturated photos as the Vivo, because it's harder to edit later, and to tends to look faces too orange/red.
I agree. End result or final photo is important but application & usage to get that result is also important. Vivo's is pretty much point & shoot for the average owner.
I really like the tele macro cameras on the chinese phones. I use the one on my Xiaomi 13 pro all the time. But i love the processing on Oppo on this latest generation. Colors, white balance, no oversharpened, great portrait cutouts. But have to point out that vivo is very customizable. I'm sure you can get a similar look. Both phones are really great. I like Vivo's telephone more, but I like the fact that Oppo's cameras don't stick out so much. Would be really helpful if you would add your take at the end of the video. As we are already looking at compressed video.
At 6:32 the minimum focus distance on the zoom seems to be the same, but at 6:44 there is a huge difference. Do you know which is correct? It is interesting that the Vivo has much shallower depth if field in macro. I guess this stands to reason with the larger sensor. It's not necessarily a good thing with all else being equal though.
Only gripe I have with the Chinese phones especially with Vivo is their ultra wide lens isn't wide enough. My 5 year Redmi K20pro has a wider lens than the Vivo X100 pro which is a shame it's such a great camera phone. Vivo X200 pro has the same type of ultrawide which is only a name sake ultra wide. OPPO has smaller sensors but makes up for some of it in the image processing. You can see the differene the Vivo's larger sensor makes with the better subject separation and shallow depth of field. Just my 2 cents.

Cuz u like vibrancy over practicality
You need glasses
Lmao ur a vivo fanboy. Both are absolutely beast i really love vivo but from what i see is that its was almost toe to toe between oppo and vivo.
Lol what? The vivo is clearly the better camera, and its definitely not more vibrant. The oppo seems a lot more vibrant
@@FitraHomesteadvivo has better macros and telephoto, but pretty much everything else oppo wins i.e 8:49
Vivo ist more detailled but the AWB seems really off
did he test oppo's 4k60fps ultra steady mode?
