One of the things I dislike about the Schluetter system is all of the layers that get built up in the corners. It's not a big deal with large format tiles but if you're doing small mosaics it will show. Otherwise, I'm enjoying your videos. I've only been installing tile for 32 years but still learn so much from other people.
Next time, please show in detail the framing for the niche, what structural considerations you make, and how you calculate the elevation as relates to tile layout. Love learning from you.

Yes, a little build up and a pain sometimes with small format tile. Large format no biggie!

How do you price out your bathroom ?clean work by the way.
Every project is priced out differently, location, upstairs or downstairs, space for tools etc. and type and size of tile.
How many bathrooms on average you do a year?
Around 20

The one gripe i have with the huepar laser is that obnoxious beeping all the time! It's terrific other than that.
I agree, very sensitive, but a great laser for the money!
You need to staple that insulation, over time it drops down and you end up with voids at the top.
Good point
