Welcome to this channel, My name is Yvonne. I'm a soap maker in Taiwan, if you like my videos, pls. subscribe and click the bell for notification.
If you are new to soap making, pls. make sure you read the SDS of sodium hydroxide carefully and put on your gloves, mask and google to protect yourself before starting.
I joint the Febuary soap challenge club and learnt how to make soap dough from the guest teacher Lisa of I Drean in Soap ( / idreaminsoap . I made a big batch and divided into 15 different colors. They will be applied in other designs in the future.
【配方/Recipe】
橄欖油/olive oil: 600g
甜杏仁油/sweet almond oil: 400g
椰子油/coconut oil: 400g
棕櫚油/RSPO-palm oil: 400g
乳油木果脂/shea butter: 200g
99%氫氧化鈉/sodium hydroxide: 290g
純水/distilled water: 580g

The colorants, are they premixed? With oil from the soap recipe? How much colorant per oil do you use?
the colorants are commercially sold products, I didn't measure the using amount...
Can you tell us where to buy the colours?

Hello Yvonne. I don't want to use palm oil. Can I get the same consistency if I increase the amount of Shea Butter and Coconut oil?
If you're making soap dough, not swirling, the consistency is not really important. You could use any recipe you like.

How do you store it after that? I found that when I put it in the plastic container, it dries up

做好的皂黏土，可以用壓餅乾模來壓型嗎？
可以，沾點玉米粉比較不會沾黏
What kind of colors are you using? I use Mika and it doesn't give a substantial effect.
I had the same problem with my first batch, as I also use mica. I super-saturated the batter next time, using up to a full teaspoon per color. I used micas that I knew from before were not going to stain the skin, and tested them when I unmolded them. Hope that helps!

不一定，脂類通常含有高比例的硬脂酸，皂體會比較耐用。

冷制粘土皂不需要加面粉。但是用皂基或椰子油起泡剂的话，就要有面粉揉搓成皂团。
請問和cp皂的材料和做法都一樣，為什麼不會硬化，而可以和黏土一樣呢？
