Simone Biles will be fighting to reclaim her Olympic All-Around title at the Paris Games this summer. The American gymnast already has the most difficult all-around program in the world but there’s still room for upgrades. In this video, we’ll take a look at a possible new uneven bars composition for the most decorated gymnast in history.

Double-double dismount is rated F, but great video nonetheless 👍 can’t wait to see her compete again
Thank you!!! 😅
I was going to say…. A D??? When? Why? Lol
Didn't you catch her last year?
@@agent606 Thats what we call it, the D Dismount bonus 0.2, he meant she has D dismount in collecting the 0.2 tenths, I hear most people discussing it this way and majority understand. He knows the double double is an F!
@@2FLIPS3.5TWISTS
but it’s not a D value. It’s a F value. And you can see that his last frame has been incorrectly calculated. It should be toe circle 1/1 (d) + fabrichanova (d) +.1(CV) + .2(dismount bonus) it would have equaled a 6.3. It doesn’t make sense, we all know d+ dismounts get the .2 dismount bonus. He just made a typo.
Weiler kip 1/2 (d) + maloney (d) + Shang (f) + (.3)cv
Piked tkatchev (E)+pak (d) (cv: .1)
Maloney half (e)

I love the look of pride and joy on her coach's face.
She is unbelievable, how lucky are we to able to enjoy her now. Someday people will look back at her like we now look back at Nadia & Olga.
She’s a drug addict cia creation
@@tangotango-gs6lp Nonsense. Only those ignorant about what the twisties are would think that.
other commenter is 100 % correct. she's a great gymnast but a detestable human.
@@tangotango-gs6lp well maybe europe needs to move on from 2020?? i don't see how her sitting out a portion of the olympics because of the twisties discredits all the many, many wins she has to her credit? she didn't embarass herself in the slightest. she owes no one anything, least of all europeans like yourself who want to see her fail. @lisafink98 is absolutely correct -- simone is truly unbelievable and you are a miserable cyber bully!
Indeed she is incredible
For her, absolutely doable!
Simone can do anything that comes her way. After all, SHE IS THE G.O.A.T.!!
Would love to see her lose the toe on full pirouette directly into the dismount and instead gear up like crazy to do a triple double dismount to get that last apparatus with a 6th eponymous skill
If she gets one more skill named after her, I can totally see her doing that. She has two vaults, two floor skills, and a beam skill so all that would be left is bars(she could have had the weiler full but didn't opt for it and it's now the Godwin). I think mikayla skinner trained a triple double off bars and was close to landing it so it's definitely possible
@@BettyBrown-jt4fh I mean it’s Simone she can do anything. I’d love to see her do it at like at like qualifications once and then never again 😭
@@alexi8741 you're right, if anyone can do it, it's her. She only does stuff she's comfortable with though so if she has ever trained it, I hope she'll do it to get it named after her too like she did with the double pike
Nice editing on the Shang training clip! Lol
Simone isn't leaking enough for us to make any kind of educated guesses.
Not a PEEP.
Right? I can't believe her camp is so disciplined.
@@vuksgitau They were last year, you bet they will be again this year.
Smart because they don't want another Tokyo situation.
@@likeisaidjenkins3689I agree. Plus with there being so much talent this year, I think that will help take some of the pressure off of her this year
I wanna see what she's gonna do on floor. I actually can't wait for classics
You, me, every other WAG and millions besides.
I saw her re training the triple double!
I know it won’t happen, but I would love to see her to do Aly Raisman’s iconic opening pass. I miss seeing that pass in competition
VERY realistic.
Stitched videos versus a routine under pressure when your team mates rely on you and thousands of fans is another story altogether
@@davidk5547 It is a speculative video and it is all about whether that is a routine Simone can do. For me it is very realistic. Simone has ALWAYS had to "perform under pressure". The team has almost always relied on her and she has not only been the MOST CONSISTENT American wag but the most consistent gymnast period.
Honestly it would be better if she just does the fabrichnova on its own and connect the toe full to van leuween instead
Additionally, judging from the height of the tkatchev after the maloney, can she honestly just connect the pike tkatchev after the maloney and do the shang + pak for an additional .1 for a 6.6 routine.
6.6 would honestly put her in contention for a bar medal which I believe is a goal of hers
Or sticking to roughly the same composition as last year: Weiler 1/2 + Maloney + Giant 1/1 + Piked tkachev, Shang + Pak, VL, Fabrichnova. Gets her to 6.4. She seemed to struggle with the toe 1/1 a bit but if replacing the giant 1/1, would be 6.6.
I think it’s freaking amazing how you edit this stuff together. I’d be cursing everything if I had to do that!
Yes, I could see her doing that routine.
I feel like she could still connect the van leeuwen from the pak
I agree. I'm not sure why she hasn't attempted this in training videos yet. So many other gymnasts can do it that it doesn't seem like it would be that much of a challenge for Simone.
Its tricky, you have to be absolutely perfect at pak salto for it to have enough momentum to connect the van. Simone is usually far in her tkachev and that makes her pak usually low
This combination usually favours taller gymnasts, for shorter gymnasts it's a long way to travel in between bars
@@DoreenBwalya-uc8ve was gonna say this. She looks like she's really working hard to get than transition to the high bar as it is. I don't think it's realistic for her to connect it.
You see a lot of chinese gymnasts who are shorter also not being able to connect the Van Leeuwen
It's quite impossible for Simone. She fell on a van leeuwen alone at worlds trial. She'd just do a stand-alone van leeuwen.
no... too much. that would literally break her. the best thing about her worlds last year I thought was how easy those rourines seem to be for her. It totally gave her the confidence she needed to be on top of that competition.
No, she needs to upgrade. If she wants All-Around gold, she needs to increase her bars difficulty. Everything else is fine, but Andrade is coming for her, and is upgrading as well. I think her endurance is great, and she could easily factor these skills into her composition.
Maybe a 5 tenths upgrade is a little much but some of these are doable
The Fab dismount isnt new for her. I believe she's powerful enough and more than capable of connecting the toe 1/1 to it. If she has become consistent and comfortable enough with the Shang over the course of this training period, this routine would still be a walk in the park for her. That half of point upgrade would be very beneficial.
@@taylorburtis I am not sure that Simone NEEDS to upgrade to win AA gold but we know she ABSOLUTELY WILL. She was just returning from a long hiatus at the WC so what we saw last year is not indicative of what we will see from her this year. The AA competition is going to be stiff for sure but where Simone NEEDS to upgrade without question is on BEAM if she wants to giver herself the best chance of winning that gold medal.
@@taylorburtis No she doesn't. She needs an efficient routine. A Maloney to Shang is too risky.
Could you do her floor routine
I would love it if she connected that pak and van Leeuwen together too.
Such a legend Evan when she does retire she will be remembered no one will ever replace her!
Currently she's known as a quitter.
@@AKFF320 she is not do your research before you hate she was SA and was in a terrible mental state but she is back and better. Don’t even
@Peyton_iswatching I will. She's a quitter. A champion over comes and dosent make excuses.
@@AKFF320 you sound ridiculous sexual abuse is sexual abuse you could never do the things she does and has done you don’t come close yes sure she’s a “quitter” but a real champion comes back AND SHE DID after being sexually abused sure say and believe whatever makes you feel better and can help you sleep at night but your still wrong
@iiheart.peyton don't give me the boooohooo story. If she felt that devastated, then she should have handled her mental health as it's important, instead she choose to take a slot, and dropped the ball. A selfish person like yourself wouldn't understand.
I dont think she needs to upgrade anything to win the AA and Floor (possibly beam and vault). I hope she just keeps her routines the same as 2023 to prevent injury. Get rid of the double pike vault and bring back the Biles 1.
Would love to see her attempt a Mustafina full as her dismount. This would earn her an eponymous skill on bars and increase further that D.
Imagine if she connects the piked Tkatchev + pak with the Van Leeuwen....
Im a little confused. Wouldnt it be a 0.3 CV for her to do the Wiler kip 1/2 + Maloney + Shang? ...and wouldn't it make sense for her to connect a giant 1/1 + the piked Tkatchev + Pak after her Shang?
Yes definitely. She can definitely do this routine. If she is to win her second AA title she needs an upgraded routine. This is amazing.
I don't think she NEEDS an upgraded routine to win AA but we know she ABSOLUTELY will upgrade as will every other WAG. Where she absolutely MUST increase her difficulty is on beam if she wants to give herself the best chance to win that elusive Olympic beam gold
Id be interested in someone doing a 5.0 or a less difficult bar routine. She would probably win no problem. She has such a standard and her consistently adding upgrades shows her incredible ability to improve!
Yes she can do that dismount but Cecile said it is not worth it. She usually sticks her full in and FIG prioritizes landings which they know thats why all the big MAG floor skills got upgrades, it is a good thing because alot of acrobatics is discouraged in the code imo. And if landing a huge H-J timble (Jake Jarmans skill is becoming J in 2025-2028 MAG COP. She could definitely at first element and that looks to be her goal, thr routie feels shorter which is best.
I want her to try and triple for the dismount 😍
大変素晴らしい演技ですね!
I don’t see it this requires a lot of energy to the rest of her hard routines on the other events
Yes. Especially the Fabrichova. She has done this in her mid years. I dont know why she didnt continue it. It will make her harder to beat on AA with this additional dismount. As UB was her weakest among the 4. Beam was her darkhourse before but it seems its the Vault now because how difficult the double pike is. Which is a 50-50 vault.
Remember Simone had only return to competing just a few months before the World Championships and after almost two years away from the sport in general. A number of skills that had twisting elements she did not perform on her return as she was easing herself back into groove and with TOKYO in mind, she would not have wanted to attempt to do all of them on her first time back. I expect though that this year will be different. I expect to see the return of the Fabrichonova as well as the BILES II on floor.
I think she’s bloody amazing ❤️👍🇦🇺
Simone can do anything she puts her mind to I believe.
Obviously Not... Does anyone not remember her No show at the Olympics, she is not mentally there
I prefer Simone not to fall than the risky Maloney to Shang upgrade. She can do a Maloney to Hindorff or Clear Hip 1/1. Everything else is too risky. US team needs a consistent bars routine. She also needs a consistent and efficient bars routine as well.
Better hope she has a perfect Olympics otherwise she will quit.
Awesome!!!. She's the best ever....
Anybody can tell me when is the US classic happening?
May 17-18
She is the goat of gymnast
Is there footage of her connecting into the Fabrichnova? I don't believe anyone has ever connected into it before
MyKayla Skinner connected it with a full pirouette. ua-cam.com/video/FeuqGNr_yRI/v-deo.html

Rebeca Andrade did it in 2023
I think there's a junior from Avoine competing inbar full + Fab
@@gymnasticsmasterclass but not in competition right?
@@poshboyep she did! Search..
Simone wont be 'fighting' anything - thankfully, she's stopped putting that much pressure on herself.
She’s just plain bad ass!!! No doubt.
Nossa, meio ponto a mais em dificuldade, acho que nem precisa mas afinal é Simone
K Neymour Will be her nightmare. I think Neymour has a greate routine. Let's see on the olympics, because the chinese women are so good at UB too. The competition Will be wild in Paris.
Simone, I don't think is concern about winning a bars medal though and she is well cushioned otherwise. Having said that, I think Ms Neymour is going to be a HUGE AA threat in years to come. She has already made improvements on floor and beam routine and if she gets a decent DTY she is going to seriously challenge for a podium finish.
Absolute stud!!
Stop with the disrespect! Simone is a woman not a fucking "stud". You call men and horses stud not a fucking black woman. Foh
And yet her NO ONE KNEW HIM husband claimed to not know who she was....oh ok🙄🙄🙄
After the No Show and her mental issues she Should NEVER waste a spot for someone else. The last time was a waste of training and money raised for her to represent the USA. Someone else mentally/physically capable, got ripped off. Shame on the coaching staff and family for pushing her to go, mental issues do not just show up, there were sings way before. Sadly no one cared about her nor cared about taking the spot of someone that could have handled and represent. And No, I do not have anyone in the Olympics. It was an mark on how the USA does not care for the Olympians they send. And juicing needs to stop
LOLOLOLOL!!!!
AMEN! 100% CORRECT
Andrade really gave Biles a run for her money at the 2023 Worlds AA. Assuming they're both healthy and qualify, the Paris AA final could truly be a nailbiter!
No she did not. The 1.6 margin of victory was Simone's THIRD LARGEST margin of victory in all of her 6 AA world titles to date. I would say that it was Rebecca who got a run for HER money because she was only .4 away from Shilese. So, I agree that Paris AA will be a nail biter but not for GOLD if Simone is anywhere near the form we expect. She has not shown a PEEP of what her routine will consist but you can bet it will be jaw dropping.
@@aliciamcdonald7105(1.6 Margin) That's a Blowout in Gymnastics with her Watered Down Routines!😂
No she didn't you do realise Simone wasn't performing her most difficult routines and still won several gold medals and would have won the vault but for the 0.5 deduction for having her coach spot her.
Only event she is weak at is the uneven bars.
@@nassaj8082 Yes it was. I think people are really not aware of how HUGE that is in the HISTORY of AA competitions. Simone has gotten people so accustom to seeing these kinds of margins that they think it is nothing special but if they were go back over the years they will see that it is only Simone who has been doing this ROUTINELY to the opposition.
What is TRULY amazing about her is that she has been able to return from a long hiatus TWICE NOW and handed that kind of defeat to the then reigning AA world Champion (Morgan Hurd in 2018 and Rebeca last year). And yes, last year it was not even with the upgrades she can do. Can't wait to see what she brings this time around.
@@vuksgitau She is not really weak on bars either, it is just the one on which she is least expected to perform well but she has made the bars final 4 out of six times now at the WC, so if nothing else she is at least consistent.
upgrade?maybe upgrade for drugs
