That's a lot of upkeep.Perfect for a young growing family and obviously the buyer can no longer keep up the sheer amount of maintenance needed. Remember the 4'Ds'...Divorce,debt.downsizing,and death.I'd buy it in a heart beat.

You must be physically fit / active to maneuver this enormous amount of square footage daily..The grounds mimic a Botanical Garden in a major city.. My greatest fear of these isolated mega million mansions would be, wildlife getting too close for comfort..🏚🏫🏚
