Apart from the bullying in South China Sea or West Philippine Sea, there's this idea that Filipino-Chinese mistreat Filipinos. I had that idea from hearsay, in telenovelas and even in news. There are also news overseas about OFW (overseas filipino workers) who experience that so probably that's why Filipinos dislike China. I guess if your question is valid, those things add to that. But Personally, I disagree with that question because I don't dislike China or their people and I am a Filipino so the question should be "Why do some Filipinos dislike China?" I guess would be so much better. I had chinese classmates in the past, teachers and got into a relationship with a chinese until this day and I can say that just like anybody else, there are good and bad people making them dislikeable, it doesn't matter if you are Chinese, Filipino, Japanese or whatever

As a Christian missionary in the Philippines for 3 years after my last tour of duty in the US Army I found that the Chinese use the Filipinos and the Chinese don't treat them very well and they own everything and many times the Chinese businesses don't pay the minimum daily wage required by the Filipino government because they don't really love or value Filipino people they just use them for labor.
