Bundt Cake Recipe

- Ingredients:
80g butter at room temperature
300g granulated sugar
4 medium-sized eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
150ml milk
350g all-purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
100g dark chocolate
130g blueberry
Direction:
In a large bowl beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla extract and then the eggs one at a time, beat until well combined before adding the next one, periodically stop and scrape down the bowl. Add milk and mix. Add in the flour and baking powder. At the end pour chocolate and blueberries.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60m or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Hello chef can you tell me how much the size of the Pan
Hello, the size of my bundt cake pan is 22cm.
After adding eggs in butter , it becomes curdy not smooth....what should i do?
I recommend you to take all of your ingredients out of the fridge one hour before you plan to prepare your cake.The most common cause of curdled cake batter is cold eggs and cold milk. Anyway if it happens add 1-2 tbsp of flour mixture and mix until the batter is smoothed.
