Well Matt, I'm really glad you overcame the negative nancies and put yourself aside and began thinking of those who you could help. One of those people is me. Your video on breathing whilst running has changed my love (as a old man beginner) for running and has improved me. You did what no other video I have seen do, actually show the breathing while the keeping pace. The how-to part. So bravo sir, please keep it up. I subscribed now. Who cares about mispronouncing words...the people who are critical, I know their videos are much better...oh wait......

There's also just taking into account that if someone's sitting around judging others they're probably not doing much with their life.
I'm getting to the point where I'm accomplishing what I want out of life. I'm too focused on getting to that next level that I don't have time waste on what other people think. Honestly the worst thing you can do to negative people is ignore them and become the best version of you.

I shared with someone earlier today, about an idea for a philanthropic venture combining things that I really enjoy (music and cultural exchanges). I wrote it down in an inspiration book for later. I also shared a business opportunity for my older sister. Anyway, I barely got to describe anything before she said something really dismissive: "What I'm getting from this is that you're all over the place." I got really annoyed by that comment. I didn't yell or argue back, but I responded "it was just an idea" and left it at that. Later in the evening, I journalled about all this and asked myself, am I REALLY all over the place? I don't think I am. I'm actually in a really creative headspace at the moment. But her comment still really bothers me.
