I am low-key stacking for a hoped for future in which my sons will inherit my Secret Silver Stash. So, it's not a business for me, the retiree---it's an interest, a game, a hobby. I buy a little here and there as I feel called to do. I went ahead and got a few of the Star Privy 2024 ASEs, just to include, for novelty, variety's sake. I really don't care if they go ballistic in 20 years or whatever, they are pure silver and beautiful in their own right. I didn't purchase them from the U.S. Mint directly, however. This Eagle Privy mark also intrigues me, so yeah---will probably get a few of those in the new year too! Keep on Stackin'!
When is a bullion coin not a bullion coin? Why is OUR U.S. Mint pushing limited edition bullion coins that are NOT directly available to the people. Shades of the disgusting emergency issues this stinks.
I wonder if the mint will be producing any more D Jefferson nickels? Love the star privy mark eagles! I have 10 of them, First 50,000 struck 70! Looking forward to the new Eagle privy mark! These will DEFINITELY be worth $$$ in the future! There is not that many star privy marks grading at a 70. Have a great day my friend. Mike from Texas
At the moment generic rounds or even junk silver is a better buy. I prefer silver dimes because they have the ability become a fractional coin if needed at the moment the premiums are almost none existent.
I bought a Star privy for me and my kids. Once I had them in hand, meh. Why would the U.S. Mint push artificially limited mintages? They get above average profits.
Privy marks are just part of the design. No different than that so called missing reed "security". No additional value aside from the already over priced product.
Sorry, the mint spoiled me on privy marks with the whole FHD (both silver and gold) fiasco and the dirty dealings with the big boys getting more than their share. We need new management at the mint and not a DEI hire.
Good Morning Richard . I am with you . That Gold Flowing Hair Privy Mark burned me up . GREED Is the factor . Now the mint is raising it prices on there clad :-))
They should issue 100k with 2025 of them having a privy. They just don’t figure this out. 500k is not a limited mintage . I want one but will not pay more than the mints inflated issue price for one.
Couldn't care less. The US Mint is one of, if not the, worst World Mints. I give them credit for trying, but that's it. 1 oz. silver Eagles should be actively available to the public, directly from them, for a minimal fee over spot - not TRIPLE spot. Authorized dealers, and whatever other routes of moving product(s) without anyone knowing who got what, if production was changed or if favoritism is occurring are just a few of the reasons the general population of the US is virtually completely uninterested in coins/precious metals, etc. It's probably on purpose, but that's a whole other rabbit hole.
As a silver eagle collector I will definitely buy one. Hoping the mint will have a subscription for the military proof eagles.
I'm hoping for a D minted American Silver Eagle with a privy!!! That would be something very special!!!
I bought 5 MS70 slabbed and certified for 300.00 from my dealer. All PCGS.graded only 500,000 mintage.
Mornin SSS
Good morning!
ASE PRIVY= ANOTHER US MINT GIMMICK
Nice!
Good morning my friend, Happy monday!!
Good morning, brother! Happy indeed! I think I'm going to need to pick up all these privy marked pieces...
@@SonOfASilverStacker yea I'm probably gonna go after a couple tubes of the privy mark ASE.
Good Morning WD :-))

Privy mark burn out to come.

So far they declined alot
That's right! Can you imagine what that does to the value?
@@darioperez5084 It takes time to appreciate! Hopefully they will go up since they are, in fact, the lowest minted BU coin from the mint! 🤞
@GermanShephredAKC 500k isn't low libertads are low mintage to me
Q: What's odd about those low Mexican libertad mintages? A: Mexico is the world's leading producer of silver.

Space Force privy eagle before the Space Force medal???
😯Could be!
Im definitely a fan of the privy marks, I hope they dont go bonkers with it though!
What would be an acceptable mintage for the armed forces privy marks? 35K? 500K
@@SonOfASilverStacker boy I don't know. That's a good question.....
If low like 1776 or 2026? I'm all in on it!
Good day SSS. 🦅🦅🦅🦅
🖐Morning!
I don't think the star privy will be worth as much as the v75 coins, but it will have a nice value for them as a ms70.
v75 privy is a proof coin and not a BU strike, not the same.
@@kravenfoxbodies2479 yes, very true
What would this privy mark mean. No meaning, high mintage, no sale!
more privy marks.....no way lol Buy what you like and not what they hype!

Well honestly, for bullion eagles which are minted in the 10+ millions, 500k really is "limited" not rare. I still didn't buy any tho...
