I’m so sick of seeing acrylic templates. Not trying to bash on people her but damn, can’t we come up with our own designs? Nothing wrong with making a template off of your original, but that’s just it, make it original!!! Half the fun of wood working is the wood worker’s creativity. Same goes for epoxy molds.
This is a charcuterie board for serving food not to cut on. It’s wasn’t worth setting up the drill press for one hole. Using the drill was much easier and faster.
I really liked it when you showed the finished product.

Are you using a bandsaw or scrollsaw when cutting around the handle?

Where did you source the walnut
When your drilling the hole I the handle, you flip it to avoid tear out. How do you know where to line it up?
If you watch closely the tip of the drill bit pokes through a little bit.So when I flip it over it’s super easy to line up 😀

Charcuterie is a fancy word for "too lazy to make a real cutting board"
