Здравствуйте проседает две параллели и бмс отключает всю сборку можно ли добавить по одной банке в каждую параллель на помощ чтобы держала заряд как другие?
Хороший ремонт! Но места входа в плату и первые 5мм силовых проводов я бы тоже силиконом зафиксировал.
Да какой там ремонт? По сути запаял провод и залил винты и провода силиконом.
P+ платы зафиксирован силиконом вместе с другими проводами, P- с термоусадкой жесткий и я подумал что его можно не фиксировать, он и так еле шевелится.
Добрый вечер. Скажите в чём дело может. Только сейчас заметил что с левой стороны красная полоса которая начинаем мигать после включение света на самокате. Горит на половину. А справа полностью. Есть смысл заморачиваться по ремонту?

Может там сгорела часть светодиодов или оборвалась, обломилась лента. На скорость же не влияет.

If you have the same battery and it consists of 20 elements, they are connected in pairs in two. 10S2P. The voltage on any single element should be above 3.0 volts and below 4.2 volts. The total voltage at the main terminals should be from 30 volts to 42 volts.
It is necessary to check the voltage on each element. This is easy to do, there are connections from them on the battery board.
We measure the voltage between the batteries on the board, all the contacts are visible on the board. We measure voltages between B4 + and B5 +, then B5 + and B6 + and so on. It turns out 10 values.
All these voltages on the elements should be above 3.0 volts and below 4.2 volts. And at the same time they should be very close, for example 3.72v, 3.75v, 3.70v and so on.
If the voltage on some elements is lower than 3.0 volts, then they need to be charged directly in the battery. We take charge for one lithium-ion battery and connect it to its terminals on the board, where the voltage is below 3.0 volts.
If the voltage on the element is higher than 4.2 volts, then it is also necessary to discharge to the norm.
But if the voltage on the lithium battery went beyond 3.0 - 4.2 volts and it was stored in this state for a long time, then most likely this element already damaged and needs to be replaced.
If the voltages on all elements of the battery are in the range of 3.0-4.2 volts and the total voltage is from 30 to 42 volts, then the battery should work.

Простите устройство при использовании что то под колесом застревает камешек или небольшой подъем ..ни так движение с ручкой(ручка..руль выносной имеется)он отключается..что делать?)
при большой нагрузке напряжение на батарее падает ниже минимума и она отключается, включается только при подключении зарядки
Скажи пожалуйста, а батарея как то привязывается к самокату приложением или нет ?
Не знаю. Ток отдает и без самоката, я с ними работал отдельно без самоката и прогонял заряд и разряд.

Где-то слышал что в этих акмуляторах внутри всё герметик ом с завода стали заливать чтоб не сыпалось интересно это правда?
Такого я не видел, но я и не разбирал много аккумов. Отваливающаяся контактная сварка и ломающиеся пластины - типичные неисправности батарей всех xiaomy
Из восьми разобранных мною три были залиты полностью герметиком. Но этот герметик очень легко отковыривается

I have several batterys with error 48. Can't really fint the problem on them. Just bms fail. Have tryed change bms on some of them but the bms I get from china fails some times. Do you have a fix for error 48 on original bms?
No. I have not seen error 48. Client brought just batteries, i repair it. I do not put batteries in ninebot.

Why not? You can unsolder the strips that go from the batteries to the board. Unsolder it directly from the board. And also several wires. You need big soldering iron to do it 60-100W.
@@RadioGubitel I think replacement will be tough because there's a lot of silicon adhesive at the sides of the battery. Also It seems the cells are soldered on the board itself.. If you make a video of removing of circuit board i will greatly appreciate it.

silicone adhesive can be removed, I remove with a ceramic knife so that there is no short circuit.

Ну конечно. Пересчитал жилы, измерил диаметр. Маркировки на проводе нет, как мне иначе определить сечение? Это нормальная практика при определении сечения кабеля
