To all who say this sounds like all other Mustangs...your correct because it IS a Mustang. The most beautiful sound ever created comes from nothing better than a GT Mustang!!!
I had a 95 cobra with the same cam and heads. Sounded almpst exactly like this. This was back in '04 when I was a senior in high school. Memories, man...
I’m saving up for heads but torn between Trickflow & AFR I already have the e303 cam & complete exhaust, & god damn this got me leaning heavily towards trickflow heads ! Beautiful build fam!
Depends what your looking to get out of it... The E-303 cam is tried and true, and works great with GT40 Cobra heads & intake, or stock E7 heads & intake. The guys complaining about the E-cam probably are also running race heads & intakes. The Ford racing cams are good for many applications (ie: B, E, F, X and Z cams) with the B and E cams matched well with your setup it sounds like, and the F-cam more as a power adder cam for blowers, and the X and Z cams more for strokers, etc...
The E-303 cam, and those GT40 parts, just aren't up to making big power by today's standards. When the current Mustang GT makes 410 wheel horsepower from Ford, and you're talking about a cam that adds maybe 6-7 wheel horsepower to a stock E7 5.0, which only made 195 wheel or so, that's not going to impress people used to today's monster engine builds. It is what it is. It sure gives a hell of an idle sound though. The crazy thing to me is that this choppy bastard of a cam still got a 50-state legal cert back then lol Edit: i now notice that your comment is from wayyy back lol. But even then, the Coyote was already out, and even the Gen 1s were no joke. Times have changed from the 80s-mid 90s. The old 5.0s had their day though. And it was a hell of a day.
My lord that sounds amazing. My 1989 Town Car had the lower output 5.0 and I straight-piped it (see videos on my channel) but it can't hold a candle to the lope and chop chop chop of this 'Stang. I gotta search around for one!
Just bought this same year car and color.....its a 1 owner with 67k orginal miles. Gave 1500 and it came with a garage full of aftermarket upgrade parts. I had a 98 2v that was my baby but it had a incident that left it repairable. Just had a question on the e and b camb and which is better for a street car because I've never been told what is a better application as I am going to just build a driver and not a neck breaker.......
hi..love it!! i want to do the trick flow kit. keep reading about people stalling or surging.. did u have these problems? whay kind of tune?. thank u;)
Not at all the more air you can bring into an engine the more timing and fuel you can run thus making more power an engines just a big air pump the more air you can bring in and get out the more power it makes
Sounds good bud! I just installed the same cam myself but saving up for better heads and intake. How did you tune it? I have the Jet Performance module on my computer and I think its affecting the idle. Anyhow, nice work and I look forward to hearing more :)
Such an Amazing sound Buddy 🙏🦊🐎💯💢I have 3 Mustangs and I LOVE THE SOUND of Yours with that Cam. Im deciding what Cam I want to upgrade to now 🦊🐎💪😎👍 do you still run this Cam or have u moved on?
on my 95 mustang i have CAI, throttle body, going to put trick flow heads on and maybe an intake manifold(sounds dumb getting heads before IM, but i got them for a carbureted 5.0). shorty headers with flowmaster X chamber and i think 40s. its untuned and i wanna get a comp magnum cam. so its pretty similar. Did the tune help with sound? are you on stock injectors? just asking because i realy like the sound
hey! bud. i was woundering how your E303 cam goes with the trick flow heads? how is the clearence with the valves and pistons i know the cam has about 498 & 500 lift and the trick flows are good for cams up to 550 lift.
Nice car man, love the color. I've also just got a 95 gt 5.0L with some mild bolt ons. I was curious if you could estimate how much performance my car would gain by adding a 70mm or 75mm throttle body as well as the E303 cam? Thanks.
Nice.. Did you have to Dyno tune the car? I just finished getting an edelbrock intake manifold installed on my 1995 GT but its running to freaking rich.
do you still have a stock hood? Intakes are expensive enough, and every one ive looked at people recomend i get a cowel hood cause they wont fit otherwise. yours looks like the stock hood though
I have a 94 gt gt40p heads trickflow upper & lower 24# injectors e303 70mm tb bbk cold air bbk H-pipe 1 5/8 headers flowmasters all seams to be matched pretty good I drive it daily sucks on gas but you gotta pay to play changing from 273 to 410 this week and blue oval industries upper and lower control arms I'll post me an idle video up
I have a 95 GT as well and was looking at doing the exact same mods as you, haha. Do you notice much of a difference between the stock cam and the E303? A lot of people say they don't have much of a difference.
The E303 was a 50-state smog legal cam. Hence, it was pretty mild. With decent aftermarket heads/intake already installed, it would give a 12-15hp bump over the stock H.O. cam.
it sounds like it wants to fight and kick ass
To all who say this sounds like all other Mustangs...your correct because it IS a Mustang. The most beautiful sound ever created comes from nothing better than a GT Mustang!!!
Ain't that dang right
I had a 95 cobra with the same cam and heads. Sounded almpst exactly like this. This was back in '04 when I was a senior in high school. Memories, man...
Damn a senior in HS with a cobra 🐍 that’s a flex brother ! I had a AWD celica & Civic😅😂
@ChieffinOnReefer hahaha I saved every penny I earned for a couple of years to buy it. Not gonna lie, I felt pretty cool in that car.
@@1nePercentJuice salute brother ! hopefully you come across one just like your old one some day!
I’m saving up for heads but torn between Trickflow & AFR I already have the e303 cam & complete exhaust, & god damn this got me leaning heavily towards trickflow heads ! Beautiful build fam!
Thanks, I should do another video, I think I had the A/C on in this one and it totally changes the idle. Its a lot lumpier with it off.
Depends what your looking to get out of it... The E-303 cam is tried and true, and works great with GT40 Cobra heads & intake, or stock E7 heads & intake. I miss my 95 gt 😣
My buddy just bought this car the other day!! Now we can both finally cruise in our stangs together!
I hope we get to see it drive around sometime. Sounds wild.
I love how when she warms up she starts to go hug hug hug hug hug hug
Great car! Great sound! Thanks for sharing
Car sounds sick man! Love the way it idles with that can
Wow cool
Sounds great
The idle speed just goes up a bit with the ac on, not as lumpy. This is the way it was programmed because of the cam.
I had 1989 Mustang with the 5.0 engine. I had several bolt-on mods but never got into the engine itself. Have you had your car on a dyno?
Imagine how nasty those chops would be if there was an x pipe. It would literally sound like it's ripping the air apart
you wouldn't happen to have any dyno numbers would you?
@99burbanxxx It has Mac headers and H pipe with Flowmaster catback.
Sounds great, what kind of power does she makes?
My lord that sounds amazing. My 1989 Town Car had the lower output 5.0 and I straight-piped it (see videos on my channel) but it can't hold a candle to the lope and chop chop chop of this 'Stang. I gotta search around for one!
I had a '94 town car with a 4.6 and dumped the stock h pipe for the last year I drove it. Lots of fun.
Just bought this same year car and color.....its a 1 owner with 67k orginal miles. Gave 1500 and it came with a garage full of aftermarket upgrade parts. I prefer the B-303 over the E-303
nedaCFilms' #MustangTown i have a 95 that I want to cam what’s the difference on the B and E cams
B sounds cooler but its for mid and high range power. Its more race cam than street.
Nobody cares what you prefer, a real enthusiast would just tell the man how bad ass his car sounds and leave it at that.
A symphony!
Music to my ears
Now dat righ der is some righteousness!
hi..love it!! i want to do the trick flow kit. keep reading about people stalling or surging.. did u have these problems? whay kind of tune?. thank u;)
Overkill on that throttle body.
Not at all the more air you can bring into an engine the more timing and fuel you can run thus making more power an engines just a big air pump the more air you can bring in and get out the more power it makes
Which flowmaster do you have installed?
Sounds great man, beautiful.
Putting the same cam in my 5.0 what valve springs are on thise trick flow heads?
@RockStarBMC 40 series Deltas
@stangthang94 It was tuned at a local mustang shop, it wouldn't idle at all before that.
What shop?
on my 95 mustang i have CAI, throttle body, going to put trick flow heads on and maybe an intake manifold(sounds dumb getting heads before IM, but i got them for a carbureted 5.0). shorty headers with flowmaster X chamber and i think 40s. its untuned and i wanna get a comp magnum cam. so its pretty similar.
Did the tune help with sound?
are you on stock injectors?
just asking because i realy like the sound
It's probably the cam that's makes it sound like that
cooler783 mostly cam but combination of heads and exaughst
Where did you get ur stabilizer bar
Sounds great man! How much power?
what kind of flowmaster does the mustang have?
sounds like a rx7. Badass dude
Rx7..........
Rx7........ x2
RojekJ ........BOI✋👏
hey! bud. i was woundering how your E303 cam goes with the trick flow heads? how is the clearence with the valves and pistons i know the cam has about 498 & 500 lift and the trick flows are good for cams up to 550 lift.
Sounds amazing great job
Nice car
sounds great! Im looking to do a bit of work to my sn95 over the winter. How much hp/tq you at with everything you have done? track times? thanks!
Que ronco espetacular!!!!
I miss my 95 gt
Did the car give any problems with the ecu right after doing the install of the h/c/i?
what kind of hp you pushin?
so good.
Did the custom tune help your cars performance?Sound?
sounds really good
What kind of Mac headers and H pipe, and also what kind of Flowmaster exhaust
do you still have a stock hood? Intakes are expensive enough, and every one ive looked at people recomend i get a cowel hood cause they wont fit otherwise. yours looks like the stock hood though
Damn bro wat all do u have in it
Did you need a tune after the swap(s)?
Sounds good just got a 95 myself any tip on how I get that's sound
that sounds bad ass
..love it have a 94 gt my self.........
Did you notice a big difference in drivability when you got it tuned??
It's ready
Where could I find those flowmasters at.
What size injectors?
I have a 94 gt gt40p heads trickflow upper & lower 24# injectors e303 70mm tb bbk cold air bbk H-pipe 1 5/8 headers flowmasters all seams to be matched pretty good I drive it daily sucks on gas but you gotta pay to play changing from 273 to 410 this week and blue oval industries upper and lower control arms I'll post me an idle video up
Nice sounds really good.
NICE!!
how many horsepower without the 75mm
They are.
sounds good
What exhaust?
E cams are great
Damn that sounds nasty!
what muffler
I have a 95 GT as well and was looking at doing the exact same mods as you, haha. Do you notice much of a difference between the stock cam and the E303? A lot of people say they don't have much of a difference.
The E303 was a 50-state smog legal cam. Hence, it was pretty mild. With decent aftermarket heads/intake already installed, it would give a 12-15hp bump over the stock H.O. cam.
What exhaust is this
What's the exhaust setup??
do you know how much power?
what kind of tune?
nice car btw
is this your daily driver?
BORLA: Weighs less, better sound on acceleration. The same or better horsepower advantage compared to other exhausts.
dyno numbers??
Btw sounds really good!!
You should put an x pipe on it
What series are the flows
sergio mendoza They are 40 deltas
Sounds like itll have a slowmaro for dinner
got an idle problem.
hear how it changes from smooth to a chop.
That was how it was tuned. Did that when it went to low idle. Also idle changed when the compressor would kick on and off.
Thanks, it was just taken with a crappy iphone lol.
perfect
Sounds great...:):):)
what flowmasters
probably 40's
cool stang! )))
Still sounds the same as to many mustangs ive heard. Dam Ford change it up a little at least
Sound alit like mine
Cam*
Close the door
But how could I show the awesome tan interior if the door was closed?
@@jamez774 True. I commented before we got to the interior. I just heard the Ford chime indicating an open door.
On stock block if so how many miles?
