going Vegan radically changed my life for the better. This is no exaggeration. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Nothing could be more true. If you eat rotting dead flesh and the milk of another species... expect chronic health problems. If you eat plants full of vitamins and antioxidants - as nature intended - expect health and bountiful energy and happiness.
I love how she suggests going slow. Once people found out I went Vegan i would get super criticized when I was in the transitioning stage & they'd see me treat myself to the odd bit of cheese or candy. But it's important to think of it as a journey rather than a clear cut single goal that you're reaching. The amount of bad food I ate was SO much less than before which should be what we focus on and are proud of. Beside, you're undoing years and years of conditioning. It's all about progress!! :)
For lots of people, switching to vegetarianism doesn't give them too much trouble, but switching to veganism does. The dairy can be really rough to eliminate.
I didn't have much trouble transitioning, but I went to vegetarian first, then vegan. I'm sure I probably would've had more trouble if I transitioned straight to vegan over night from a high meat diet. It's definitely a journey, though! :)
My Friend, Teshia, shared with me her Top 10 Tips On Transitioning to a Vegan Diet in a Healthy Way! Check out the video even if you're not planning on becoming a vegan. Teshia gave many useful nutrition advices that can be applied to any diet. I can't wait to implement them!!! ♥
I cant have dairy because im lactose intolerant and I finally got my parents to let me stop eating meat (they would make me stay at the table until I ate it). so... guess I can try vegan. :)
In terms of atherosclerosis causing heart disease, stroke, leg amputations, etc -- we're all dairy intolerant. Plunge forward with vegan thinking, over obstacles one after another, you'll love it more and more. For me the thing I keep re-remembering is the word 'WHOLE' in 'whole plant-based foods'. So, pop and chips? Noooo.
downbntout dairy, to me, is blood. Milk is made as a filtrate of blood, fact, so that's how I see it. It's full of bacteria. The testing standard says that 100,000 bacteria in an amount the size of two pencil erasers is 'very clean'--!!
Escape2Muszik hi ^^ in my experience (I didn't like veggies that much either) your taste buds start to adapt and it's AMAZING. I crave so many foods I didn't like before. Don't be scared and just try lots of new things! if you don't like something, there are always more veggies to try. you will have so much fun as a vegan, I promise :)
Kaipuccino V As a kid I didn't like plain sweet potatoes, cabbagem, or brussel sprouts. Two years ago, after eating better, I tried sweet potatoes again and loved them. (But they have to at least have "butter") I developed a taste for cabbage to a degree and Monday I had brussel sprouts again for the first time in many many many years and I liked them a lot. So it's coming. My hope is to like asparagus. I like peas, green beans, corn, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower but there are so many other veggies out there to try.
Thanks for doing this! Teshia is really knowledgeable. This is helpful to me as a vegetarian who is working hard to incorporate more raw and vegan meals into the diet!
health aside, if my transition to a vegan diet will help slow down the murder going on at slaughterhouses, poultry farms, and overfishing then so be it.
I agree, I think transitioning slowly is the best way. What I'm doing is that I began as a pescetarian and cut out eggs too for about 2-3 months. When I felt ready, I moved on to becoming vegetarian. It's hardest to me to remove dairy from my diet because I love yogurt and cheese...luckily I found vegan yogurt at Whole Foods and I love it! I'm still not sure what to do about the cheese, though. (I tried soy cheese but I wasn't very fond of it). In about several months I think I'll be able to become a full vegan. And it's amazing! I'm so proud of my decision to become a vegetarian/vegan.
I first began as a pescetarian as well, and then within a month turned to a vegan diet. It's been a couple of months only so far and I have no idea where it is going (hopefully I'll stick to the regime throughout my entire life, but we'll see), but what I have noticed is that I was addicted to cheese the same way I once was addicted to milk chocolate (which I can't stand any more!!). When you first give up eating it you'll feel the urge to "put one thin slice into your sandwich", but within time you'll get used to not doing it and will no more miss the taste of cheese itself)! Good luck ;)
CupcakesForever10 I'm not a fan of most commercial cheeses either! That's why I make my own. I have a tutorial on my channel for a vegan mozzarella which is amazing on pizza and on veggies. :-) Check it out if you're interested.
I don't think I'm planning on going vegan any time soon, but this was really informative and interesting! I can definitely apply these tips to my diet. Teshia is super nice! Thanks for the video, Olga! :) Great as always.
What if I already cut out meat and dairy from my diet? What else should I do to go on a full vegan diet? I'm really excited and have been looking forward to going on a vegan diet, any tips or meal plans?
I had migraines for awhile when I first stopped eating meat and now I don't. I've been a vegetarian for almost 3 months and I feel so much better I'm still eating cheese and dairy but I'm exploring vegan options for these as well. I've been eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and I'm noticing that I'm not as hungry I almost forget to eat. Is that normal? I bought agave syrup too. My body is sick right now so I think my first year will be tough but I'm on my way to wellness. Thank you for posting this video it really helps.
I want to become vegan, but not so much because off the animals (I do like animals tho, and it's horrible how they treat them for food!) but more because it's way more healthy and it may prevent cancer and hearth diseases. I also want to eat fish next to all the vegan food. do you think that will be a good idea? because I know fish is super healthy.
Fish is considered healthy for the Omega 3 fatty acids, but they don't make those. They get them from eating things that ate algae. So I save money and leave the swimmers out there in the ocean by getting an algae-grown Omega 3 product, some capsules. Fish has a lot of calories from fat, and they accumulate toxins in their flesh very efficiently, the better known one is mercury. Those are my reasons for no fishes on my dishes. Hope this helps.
Fish is not the worst thing you could eat while transitioning to a completely vegan diet. I ate fish for the first nine months when I was lacto-ovo vegetarian. I wasn't yet "ready" to eliminate all animal products, I guess. When I finally went vegan, I eliminated fish, of course, as well. Fish actually has saturated fat (15% of salmon), so it really is not all "healthy fats." If you do decide to eat fish, try to find wild-caught fish as it is less likely to be a source of pollution to the environment, as well as likely to be healthier to eat for you. When you DO stop eating fish, find vegetarian substitutes for omega 3's, such as ground flax, ground hemp, chia seeds, etc. Good luck, Mr. A!
fish is still animal protein, so it is still bad for you regardless of what the media and other people say. Also, fish are basically bathing in the toxic waste we all put into the ocean, so there is a large bioaccumulation of heavy metals and toxins in fish. So please don't support fish murder! But I will say, whatever reason to be vegan is a good enough reason for me!
Thank you for the tips, Teshia and Fablunch! I just became vegan a few months ago, and so the tips are very helpful, because now it's a matter of "changing it up" and not making my diet so boring! I loved the last tip - I have to find a vegan substitute for chocolate cake or cupcakes, which are probably my favorite foods!
Thank you very much for this video! I just started my vegan life style change and I really enjoyed the wonderful tips that you provided for us. I just found your channel today and have subscribed, Thank You So Much!
I made every single mistake you listed in this wonderful video. I plan to become Vegan again but this time I will be prepared with food options, healthy snacks that aren't loaded with fat, and meals that focus on veggies. I made the mistake of trying all the fake meat and cheese options and had WAAAAAY too much peanut butter everyday. I won't rush into it this time and I will make sure I am prepared. This video will really really help me do it right this time.
This is so helpful! I've been slowly adding more veggies to my diet for the past few years and now I love so many. So, after trying to educate myself about veganism and learning about the terrible animal cruelty epidemic, I've decided to eliminate all animal products (fish, chicken, Greek yogurt, and cheese were my mains). And ever since my track season started in March, I've been eating less animal products anyways and I've noticed that I have digestive problems! I didn't know that healthy foods could mess up your digestive tract so I'm now trying to fix it. Btw, currently a week into a vegan lifestyle!
"slow transition" is the key! I was vegetarian before I became vegan. Planning on eventually becoming raw vegan because of all the amazing benefits of that lifestyle :)
totally agree. At first I tried to substitute for meat all the time, then I got used to making vegetables the main part. Thinking different is the real trick.
This was way more helpful than any other video i watched. All the other pretty much focused or subfocused on "selflessness" and animal cruelty as if that's the sole reason of what being a vegan is, but all around, it's just for your health like any other diet. I felt like this video was actually educational and not a rant and was actually concerning my health and taught me it's okay to make this transition just for your own health and no other reason and that it is A-OK. Thank you.
Thank you,Thank you, Thank you, sooooo very much for these tips ladies.I hope you have more in the works.MUCH LOVE TO ALL OF MY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN BROTHERS&SISTERS.AND TO EVERYONE ELSE TOO.
Hi Olga! I love your videos! Can you share us an example of a day menu for vegeterains? Maybe an example of what you usually eat for breakfast, meal and dinner? Thanks!
I want to become a vegetarian and for the past couple months tried veggie dishes from soy and almond milk to black bean burgers , wraps and vegan ice cream made from bananas which I love but I tried vegan Daiya cheese which was ok but had a weird after taste and isnt as good as real cheese. I think I love dairy too much to do full vegan diet but ill take the advice to go slowly and try not to cut out everything all at once. Thanks for the tips ! :)
***** there are many alternatives for cheese. there a lot of vegan cheeses, you can order them online too if you can't find any you particularly enjoy locally. good luck!
I love her philosophy on a vegan lifestyle, because I've heard a lot of other dietitians who go crazy on fruit or nuts which doesn't seemed like a balanced diet to me, but you seem to focus on a balanced diet consisting of whole foods just without the meat. C:
Thank you these are very helpful tips and warnings for me to watch out for! I'm so excited to become a vegan I feel like I'm starting a new chapter in my life :) Btw I love the girl on the rights hair!
hi Olga i just discover your channel- I am considering in becoming Vegan I've never done something like this before and I am looking forward to. Your channel seems great and I hope with all your information and recipes an tips I can be successful at this. Thank you for sharing y deceame suerte en este deceo!
I am vegan and I disagree with many of the things said in this video. Firstly restricting vegan food is just asking for problems you are already restricting your food as it is there is no need to restrict it further especially in regards to fruit. No one ever died from eating fruit. No pne ever got fat from eating fruit. fruit in fact is the best go to food for vegans. It's convenient and easy to prepare and filling when your hungry.
Some vegan do eat honey and bee pollen. It's truely depend on their health believe. I don't eat any of those, but I've seen raw vegan eats bee pollen :)
I've been vegan for a week until one evening. My meal that night was potato salad, some veggies and aloe juice. I was having a hard time swallowing my food. I think the taste was normal but for me it was gross. I managed to finish my meal, but after that I feel like Im going to vomit. The taste remained in my mouth and I could take it anymore so I binged on meat that night. Just the thought of it would make me avoid eating veggies. What should I do?
Wow thanks so much= so nice to hear the truth for a while, one questin, do I need to count calories? Im scared that i might be eating too much, plus im still eating bread, hard to quit it but i need to, to lose weight, please help? Any suggestiins?
I'm 14 and I want to become more healthy. I'm 5"4 and weigh 125ish. I know I'm not fat but I want to be healthy. So I'm looking into the vegan diet but one problem... I don't like lettuce, Tomato, and lots of other veggies. Could you help me?
Everybody is different. Some people thrive on fruit while it makes others easily gain weight. What worked for Freely has not worked for many other people, in part because its a bit extreme.
+Samantha Stelk Keep in mind Freelee is extremely active. She is an athlete. She said if you are not working out all the time to watch the fruit. If you are running 6 miles a day and bike riding then yea eat all the fruit you want.
Whats the points of a vegan diet? Whats the pros and cons a guy told me a could do it but i seriously doubt you get enough protien, carbs, fats, etc and if i can will it be any better than what i do now but i seriously doubt it i train 2 times a day 5 days a week so thats a base to let you know how much carbs etc i need
I'm transitioning into a vegan lifestyle, I'm actually on the Caveman power diet right now so when I have completed this I will be eating more raw foods. I have already cut some dairy out, I haven't eaten red meat in months so that's gone out of my diet and chicken is somewhat out of my diet as well but not all the way. Right now I'm only eating fish and eggs and eating very little processed food. But eventually these will be eliminated as well.
Not saying this is all wrong but want to point out: 1. I went vegan in 1 day and ever looked back. I'm not saying not to transition slowly but if you're smart you can quickly adjust and commit to the objective. I mean, who owns your brain? 2. I studied nutrition and made sure I had a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to eat. I ate cooked burritos a lot in the beginning but after several months went 75%+ raw vegan (meaning I eat a minimum 75% daily of raw fruits and vegetables). I drink at least 2 smoothies a day and they are great source of energy and easy digestion. As far as sugar it depends on your body and what you are up to. I'm active so I eat 6-15 bananas a day. I also have a lot of apples, pineapple, blueberries. coconut around. I use cinnamon in my smoothies because it's a blood sugar regulator and tastes great. Did you know that black pepper increases nutrient absorption by up to 2000% or that turmeric is anti-cancer and a pain reliever? See, now you know 3 new things. Time to go study. Only 6% of doctors know anything about nutrition so don't trust a treatment of pills when there is food that can solve the problem (raw vegan). As Hippocrates says, "Let food be they medicine and medicine be they food." 3. B-12. B-12 is a complicated issue. Some people go for many years without supplementing because their body still produces it. You should have your labs done and see where you're at. Certainly don't risk if you feel like you have symptoms but don't think you have to pop a B-12 daily. You can get it through hemp milk and other stuff. 4. Healthy substitutes: I did use daiya cheese in the beginning. After some time I realized just how processed it is and gave it up. I have it occasionally on pizza. If you think you have a craving for meat, dairy, eggs, cheese, honey think about these animals that are being exploited. I mean you wouldn't want to be raped and have your child taken away while they milk your tit right? Then get raped again for 5-6 more times while your son/daughter are carted off to be slaves or a meal. Then when they are done with you they send you to slaughter. Don't think that "grass fed" "happy cows" are any different. The process is still basically the same. Eggs? 260,000,000 male chicks are suffocated in bags or ground alive each year because you want eggs. This while the mother hen is forced to produce another egg because that's her instinct and so she produces more than she ever would in her natural life. She doesn't produce then she's sent to slaughter. Bees - Oh so many problems here. This gal mentions honey like it's okay. Bees already pollinate 70% of the flowers for the foods you eat. They do enough already. They didn't make the honey for you they made it for themselves. Read up on the horrific things going on there. No bees, no planet earth in 5 years is what they say. I'm glad she pointed out that veganism is a lifestyle, not a diet. If you don't care about animals and just doing this part time so you can look better then you're plant-based. Vegan: All the nutrition, flavor, and products needed, no victims. Namaste!
hemp protein is the best protein, no need to waste time with b12 supplements, just drink a hemp smoothie every day(or every other day, it has a lot of b12)
I wish someone had told me to watch my fiber intake before I went vegan! I was horribly bloated for almost two weeks straight since my fiber intake went up to almost 40g a day.
I'm a pescetarian; but I want to transition to being vegan sooo badly. Cheese is something I can never give up though; I have tasted vegan cheese (daiya brand) and the taste was a bit unusual. I went on a vegetarian diet for about 2 months; but being asian seafood is a huge part of our diet lol. Totally going vegan when I'm older though :)
Ashley Cheese was definitely hard for me to give up. I can totally relate! I've tried daiya cheese as well and I'm not a big fan of it. I try to use natural substitutes for cheese now like nutritional yeast and cheese made out cashews. They are delicious :)
I felt the same way. So far, I've found that the cleaner I eat, the more my tastes change. I don't have cravings for cheese anymore. ...There are some good vegan cheese options out there. Vegan cream cheese, for example, is great--my nonvegan friends can't tell the difference. Set aside about $40 and get a bunch of different brands and just experiment with which ones you like best. :)
I love cheese more than anything. Vegan alternatives/replacements just don't cut it. I have yet to find a replacement that actually tastes like cheese - cheddar, feta, etc. This is the hardest part of going dairy free for me.
Keep it high carb, eat a lot of fruit. Keep it 80/10/10. That's very important. Keep that fat low 5-10 percent of calorie intake a day. Don't listen to this lady, eat your fruit! If you're keeping a 80/10/10 you can eat all your carbs and sugar you want as long as it's natural sugar. I easily can eat 10 mangos, 10 bananas till dinner time and feel my best. Raw vegan ftw
Teshia talked about individualizing your diet. Some vegans eat honey bc of it's health benefits. But if you want to be a strict vegan, you are right, you would exclude honey from your diet. :)
My advise, eat what you crave and use your brain to make sure it's really what you crave and not what's easy. 2nd really only go towords Vegan if you love to, all choices are wonderfull, x
Wouldnt get scared off the fruit..i am part of a community of people that eat lots of fruit..2/3 of my food intake in a day. Not everyone can do it but i wudnt write it off to easily..
thanks for this video :), I was forced to go vegan, at first I thought I thought it was vegetarian.. but then I was told the way I am eating is vegan.. I was forced to go to vegan because of severe lactose deficiency and food allergies.. I cannot have anything with lactose at all or milk products.. and meat doesn't settle well with my stomach, eggs also make me very sick. as well as a treenut allergy.. I rely soly on soy , whole wheat, and plants.. and everything I buy is certified organic and/or vegan (to be sure theres no hidden dairy), I never eat processed foods.. i buy the raw ingredients and make the dish myself so i know exactly whats in the food i eat
going Vegan radically changed my life for the better. This is no exaggeration. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. Nothing could be more true. If you eat rotting dead flesh and the milk of another species... expect chronic health problems. I didn't transition, I jumped right into being vegetarian and it didn't affect me in any way. No nausea no headache nada
Same. I feel kinda overly energized mostly but that's it lol
Same here! :)
For lots of people, switching to vegetarianism doesn't give them too much trouble, but switching to veganism does. The dairy can be really rough to eliminate.

vegetarian doesn't cause as many problems as vegan does im vegetarian and i would like to be vegan but that would take some time

Glad you enjoyed it :))

Yes I found it useful, thanks. Music nearly put me off listening though..
I wish the background music was a little lower volume. It was distracting from what you guys were speaking.
I don't think I'm planning on going vegan any time soon, but this was really informative and interesting! I can definitely apply these tips to my diet. Teshia is super nice!
Thanks for the video, Olga! :) Great as always.
I love it when people express their knowledge in a way that everyone can understand. Great video.

Exactly!!!!
Thank you, I needed this video, brilliant advice!
Thank you very much for this video! I just started my vegan life style change and I really enjoyed the wonderful tips that you provided for us. I just found your channel today and have subscribed, Thank You So Much!
TY. Is coffee, beer, wine vegan? And what kind of chocolate is best? Want to try vegan, but a lot of things to give up and change here. Thank you.
PETA has a list of vegan chocolate on their website. Some great brands are vegan.

Wow great tips tesha! Rly enjoyed this episode
"slow transition" is the key!
I was vegetarian before I became vegan.
Planning on eventually becoming raw vegan
because of all the amazing benefits of that lifestyle :)
NEEDED THIS. THANK YOU.
Brynn Mary Glad you found it useful :)

I felt like this video was actually educational and not a rant and was actually concerning my health and taught me it's okay to make this transition just for your own health and no other reason and that it is A-OK. Thank you.
i like what she said about experimenting with your diet to see what works for u.
Thank you,Thank you, Thank you, sooooo very much for these tips ladies.I hope you have more in the works.MUCH LOVE TO ALL OF MY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN BROTHERS&SISTERS.AND TO EVERYONE ELSE TOO.
Can you do some transition meal plans? or meal ideas?
Yup, will think of some ideas!
I didnt go slow and I got head aches and break out and i never have skin problems so everyone listen and be carful!
Same here! vegan cheese isn't one of my faves but it still works! :) haha Hope you're doing well on your journey to a full vegan lifestyle!
Taking things slow trying replace atleast 3 meals a week with veggie dishes. Typically lunch or breakfast. Thanks so much ! :)
just take it slow, eggs were my favorite food but now they kind of disgust me
thanks sundaisie. You never realize how many foods you are acustomed to eating until you try to give them up.
Great video! love Teshia I used to watch aaall of her yoga video at bodyrock! :D
Very helpful for someone who just stopped eating meat. I might not go full vegan but I still found a lot of this info useful.
Happy to hear that :)
I'm definitely a vegan now...this youtube sold me...thanks!!aloha from hawaii
Great video!! i am a vegan too, so love this!! Thanks for sharing! subscribed!! im a starting out youtuber so im learning a lot! love yas! xx
I agree with transitioning slowly, I went vegan overnight about 9 months ago and had a lot of trouble because I did it so quickly.
Thank you these are very helpful tips and warnings for me to watch out for!
I'm so excited to become a vegan I feel like I'm starting a new chapter in my life :)
Btw I love the girl on the rights hair!
hi Olga i just discover your channel- I am considering in becoming Vegan I've never done something like this before and I am looking forward to. Your channel seems great and I hope with all your information and recipes an tips I can be successful at this. Thank you for sharing y deceame suerte en este deceo!
so excited! I'm a new vegan and all these tips are really good to know!
Almond milk has a good source of b12
This has been really interesting and helpful!
Some vegan do eat honey and bee pollen. It's truely depend on their health believe. I don't eat any of those, but I've seen raw vegan eats bee pollen :)
I've been vegan for a week until one evening. My meal that night was
potato salad, some veggies and aloe juice. I was having a hard time
swallowing my food. I think the taste was normal but for me it was
gross. I managed to finish my meal, but after that I feel like Im going
to vomit. The taste remained in my mouth and I could take it anymore so I
binged on meat that night. Just the thought of it would make me avoid
eating veggies. What should I do?
so limit fats, limit fruit, limit beans and soy, what do you eat to feel satisfied?
I'm already vegan but this was a great video Olga ! :)
Wow thanks so much= so nice to hear the truth for a while, one questin, do I need to count calories? Im scared that i might be eating too much, plus im still eating bread, hard to quit it but i need to, to lose weight, please help? Any suggestiins?
I'm vegetarian and I also can't quit d bread or tortillas 🙁🙁🙁🙁
this was really helpfull, thank you very much!!
Great !
This was the most usefull vegan video ive came across
Good advice. Thank you so much!
This video was extremely helpful, thank you!
what would be a good replacement food for cheese...? the fake cheeses are so expensive :(
Make your own! There's a lot of videos on it
I knew I loved ya when you warned about eating too much soy....this is the best "tips" video I've seen :)
I'm 14 and I want to become more healthy. I'm 5"4 and weigh 125ish. I know I'm not fat but I want to be healthy. So I'm looking into the vegan diet but one problem... I don't like lettuce, Tomato, and lots of other veggies. Could you help me?
Its all about the FRUIT!!! Check out Freelee the Banana Girl, she knows whats up! Teshia is wonderful also!
Thanks for sharing these helpful tips!
Thanks for the tips! I am really tempted more and more to become vegan :).
Google international vegan sports athletes. There are vegan in almost every type of sports. Some links should be available on the websites.
Ok then didnt mean to sound so against it just been woundering
I'm transitioning into a vegan lifestyle, I'm actually on the Caveman power diet right now so when I have completed this I will be eating more raw foods. I have already cut some dairy out, I haven't eaten red meat in months so that's gone out of my diet and chicken is somewhat out of my diet as well but not all the way. Right now I'm only eating fish and eggs and eating very little processed food. But eventually these will be eliminated as well.
Very informative video - thanks!!
These were 10 good and thoughtful tips.
Or bee pollen. I'm confused?
Thank you for this, truly!
B12 is found in blackstrapp mollasses.
great video. lots of helpful information :)
Really useful tips - thanks a lot! One tip, though: maybe you could turn down the background music, it's a bit distracting. Again, thanks for posting!
thank you for this!
Some good tips, thank you
Not saying this is all wrong but want to point out:
As Hippocrates says, "Let food be they medicine and medicine be they food."
Namaste!
This was excellent!
Eat as much fruits you want. Same for the fibers and the calories (yes! Unlimited calories can be eaten if they are good calories!)
Good tips! Thanks
Thank You
This is helpful, thank yo.
hemp protein is the best protein, no need to waste time with b12 supplements, just drink a hemp smoothie every day(or every other day, it has a lot of b12)
This video makes me happy :)
Yeah Teshia is so awesome, were you able to stay vegan all these years?
Thank u for sharing...
You are very welcome! :)
I wish someone had told me to watch my fiber intake before I went vegan! I was horribly bloated for almost two weeks straight since my fiber intake went up to almost 40g a day.
great advise !
For some reason Teshia reminds me of Susan from Friends
I'm so confused some people say to eat TONS of fruit like freelee but she's saying not to
I love cheese more than anything. Vegan alternatives/replacements just don't cut it. I have yet to find a replacement that actually tastes like cheese - cheddar, feta, etc. This is the hardest part of going dairy free for me.
I was in the same boat as you. I recently tried nutritional yeast as a substitute for parmesan cheese and I absolutely love it! :)
Fablunch definitely
jovicrazed I couldn't even stand cheese while I was eating meat. That stuff is garbage.
Alexstrasza Okay... Not sure what that has to do with me loving cheese???
jovicrazed
My statement is that it's garbage and you shouldn't like it. That has everything to do with you loving cheese.
Veganism isn't a diet it's a lifestyle
She mentioned honey...honey isn't vegan
True! Some vegans do eat honey though. I don't.
Teshia talked about individualizing your diet. Some vegans eat honey bc of it's health benefits. But if you want to be a strict vegan, you are right, you would exclude honey from your diet. :)
***** yes! I agree!
Yay im willing to go on a vegan diet for how much i will last :D
Great video, other than honey. I guess I'm a super strict vegan :P
Whaaat, one papaya is nothing!
