I'm from California which is suppose to have wonderful weather. Kigali is even better than Cali. I would put Kigali's weather as one of the best in the WORLD!!!. The moto's are inexpensive but personal drivers and taxi's aren't compared to other countries. It is a quiet country and the people speak softly, so we the expats are the loud ones lol. FYI a large bag of M&M'S candy $15.00 usd!!! Anything from the States is extremely expensive.
They really aren't expensive it is just that some of our people think that all foreigners are so rich 🤣🤣. next time have a local guy with you and see how that changes the prices 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sambasa. Originally and uniquely found in Lake Tanganyika. The banana wine is even better if not mixed with water. In Burundi we would call that version insongo. The of honourable folks.

It depends on how high up a hill you are..locations on top have minimal mosquitoes. The closer to the valley, the more mosquitoes you are going ro deal with...
