I can tell you that Ukraine has a place in my heart and soul like no other place that I've been on Earth. Including my home country. The people, the food, the culture, the architecture, the amazing sense of tranquility and peace that I find in this amazing country is unmatched by anything I've ever experienced in my life. These people have the way of living, socializing, and peace in the soul figured out. For anyone who hasn't experienced Ukraine, please do yourself and your soul a favor and visit. Leave your old ways of thinking where you came from and embrace the way Ukrainians approach life. Seeing all these amazing sights again just put a smile on my face - Independence Square, The People's Friendship Arch, Rodina Mat, Mariinsky Park, the Parkovyi Bridge, walking on Trukaniv Island, St. Sophia, St. Andrews Descent. I couldn't walk but a few meters and see Ukrainian woman that were stunning. Here in America, I will see a beautiful woman every so often, but there in Ukraine, they were everywhere!!! I had heard the Ukraine has the most beautiful women in the world and after being there, I would stay that is 100% true.

Either you are so hard up for sex that everything to you has a sexual connotation or you are lacking basic critical thinking skills. Just feel sorry about the women who fall victims of the sex tourists. That come to countries of the former FSU and act like dogs in heat. Please relax, don't take that comment personal. If to take all comments addressed to you so personal, get so offended for tiny reasons (traditional in the States, huh?) and write "sheets" back, you may keep yourself stressed out for no reason.

I've always been fascinated with Europe, especially Eastern Europe as I grew up during the cold war era and the countries behind the iron curtain were a mystery as we really got no information from there. And when I dated my ex, I got a chance to learn a lot about Ukraine and knew I had to this Ukraine for myself. I was not disappointed!!!! It is an orthographic problem all languages have rules: in English it is Kiev ( for any English speaker Kiev is not linked with Russian) testified by the Oxford dictionary ithe admitted reference for English. In French and Swedish it is also Kiev because these countries have Academies that fix the orthographic rules.
As I have been in Kiev in the metro for instance it is only the conductor who speaks Ukrainian. And you have a Russophone president elected. I love ukrainian language it is softer than russian and very beautiful when it is sung.
