Nicko mate this recipe is bloody amazing!! I asked my wife to make it for dinner tonight for my birthday, she said lets just buy big macs but after making it the whole family loved it! Keep up the low carb stiff mate, great alternates for us blokes trying to drop some kg's

Great recipe! One hint for you: If you grate your cheese yourself, you can avoid the carbs from the cellulose that they use to coat the cheese to keep it from sticking together.

I do this but dont put the pickles, I just use pickle relish in the sauce mixture and serve the same way, just a quicker way. Love this recipe

I just skip the bread. For instance, use the beef patties as “the bread” ....n gross everyone out cos I just go in with the best utensils I’ve got - my hands 🤣. Yours is a great recipe . I lerve pickles 👍🏼👍🏼✌🏼

I made this and would do it again. Pretty good. I don't think its very healthy though. I would change up the dressing a bit. Just google big mac sauce recipe. The dressing was kinda close but just a little off imo.
