Well, this takes the cake. I've listened to a few Basil fandubs, and some of them have been pretty good, but I think I've found my winner. No disrespect to the talent of the other VAs, but I've been wanting to hear a voice for Basil that isn't overly feminine sounding. Funnily enough, there's this meme video of Basil being on the Dr. Phil show, and I don't know if it's from a snippet of an actual episode of Dr. Phil or what, but the guy that's supposed to be Basil talks a little bit, and he has a voice I considered genuinely sounded pretty good for Basil. You sound a lot like it, in my opinion. (I know it sounds stupid, but trust me on this, lol) This voice sounds like a guy, but has my imagined softness and uncertainty that Basil would likely have when he speaks. The voice cracks are amazing and accentuate his unhinged state, and the quiet sobs are painful. You did the "Stop it's" so well, holy moly. That was kind of my selling point, and it only got better from there. I involuntarily teared up while listening, because your delivery was just that genuinely pitiful sounding. My heart is moved. I think that says a lot. 10/10, canon Basil voice in my opinion. It's gonna be hard to top this, for me. I'd love to hear you dub other lines of his.
Damn, this gave me chills. Basil's heavy breathing during the fight made that scene more anxiety-inducing than it already was (And that's a good thing since that's kind of the point of the fight lol) Perhaps I found my headcanon voice for Basil, your take on him is pretty close to what I imagined him sounding like. Great job! :)
This voice fits Basil so good, since he is already 16. Emotions are perfect, scene is so touching. And I want to thank you greatly for voicing not only the dialogue but the battle too

I REALLY like this! You’re voice is very fitting for him! I think this would really work out for a dub or something! I feel as though the acting could definitely be touched up and worked on a little but overall I think your voice is really suiting! 👏 Much MUCH better than what I could’ve done! 💖
