Nice accommodations for a weekend stay. The views of the sewer plant were nice. LOL. JK, the views of the gorge were awesome. Those bridges that span the gorge are amazing. I love seeing bridges. Base jumpers are a special breed. I have no reason to jump off of any perfectly good bridge. We cheated and hiked those falls from the turnout in the road that is 100 yards from the falls. Pretty awesome to be able to go behind the falls. Dang, too bad about the mishap with the footage. Look at the bright side, you can go back and do it all again! Heck yeah! Haha, Rhonda made the same comment about the sewer plant. We hiked the falls from the turnout as well on our way out after we had hiked some areas in the sun and wanted to cool off.

nice Airbnb and neighborhood on the rim with spectacular views of the Canyon. that overlook is very scenic with the view of the bridge, the Canyon, and the river. Perrine Coulee Falls with what looks like basalt columns is Stunning, but the falls at the top before hiking down is already beautiful. so sorry to hear that you accidentally deleted the rest of the footages.that's right don't let the worries of this world affect you. Very first thought I had was remembering 1974 when Evil Knievel attempted to jump the canyon,I was 14 at the time and it was a big deal to a kid back then,lol. I couldn't make out the base jumper until his chute opened but that was awesome. Going behind the falls was really cool. I know the frustration of doing things as you did but as I tell folks that if they spend a day with me I'll make enough mistakes for both of us. As you say you're doing the Lords work and you certainly can never go wrong with that. Have a great week my friend!

Good to be good with heights when looking 'straight down' next to the first Falls, that was a drop. I always like a waterfall I can get behind and they were right about you getting wet!
