I bought a 1/20 scale for the same price that these are going for. Looks like just as big a pain in the butt to assemble (except smaller).

When you put the clear x-22 on and around the eye piece, does it act like cement to hold it in?

It's the turntable from Mr.Hobby, I bought it from my local shop, but I'm sure it's readily available from online retailers.
