Depends what your goals are. Bridge Loans, Private Lending, Leverage Your own funds, etc.

My dad used my name to be able to get a loan on a rental property I’m the owner but he’s paying all the bills on it and it has my credit stellar I myself am broke how can I use my credit to my advantage am I able to get loans on houses with no money down and rent them out ?
