You can say fast paced cods are not your style and that boots on the ground cods are more your speed which is completely fine, but don't spout complete and utter nonsense.
What makes it stand out from the other games campaign other than the futuristic theme? The plot is the same as the origanal MW but worse. Even the final misson was a straight rip from MW3's final mission, story and gameplay.
This game was my first CoD game ever. I will always love it. The mechanics are so unique unlike anything I have ever seen. Riot Shields, Overdrive, Stims, Cloaking, Grapples. The AST suit was badass. I always enjoyed mowing down enemies with it.
Plus the one-handed sequence. I really enjoyed it. Made you feel like you really didn't have any spare mags to work with, so you just had to grab what you could and spray until the click.
I forgot how damn awesome the armor and weapon designs are in this. The starting cutscene with the full face visors and glowing sensors made me think "Damn, this really is advanced"
My i5 3rd genlaptop from 2014 tried to run this game in 2016.. I was willing to play at 15fps just to play something modern at the time... I never made it past the load screen.. I'm almost done building my first ever pc and I want to go experience all the games I never got to play.
The armour looks like a logical evolution of current designs. Some games have armour that look totally fantasy but this looks like something that was created in response to real conflicts and issues

Don’t get me wrong the multiplayer GAMEPLAY was some of the most fun but after a while, it just felt like you couldn’t compete with some of the other players. BUT THIS CAMPAIGN?! Absolutely amazing. Will never understand the hate behind it. Gameplay is fun, variety of places terrains and landscapes. Intel you can pick up, lots of stealth and straight gun fights. Very fun and developing characters minus Ilona and her pretty hilarious accent. And of course Kevin Spacey is a fantastic actor who has played yet another villain role well. This campaign is fantastic, might be the best one I have played excluding black ops 1. Will never have too much praise for this story.
My brother in Christ as FAZE JEV put it the commons and in commons were better than any legendary you could get the loot box system in this wasn’t very pay 2 win considering the best versions were always the worst rarities in fact the only good thing legendary did was make it so you could get a nuke IF you could get the amount of kills needed without dying
I've just watched a major part of it. I don't like the POV narration from a protagonist. The story looks great, but that is where Modern warfare does better, Narration.
Honestly, I remember this game when I played this at my cousins house. This one needs a sequal and so does infinite warfare it somewhat shows where we are going with tech. The plot was great and it made you feel like you were making a difference also can you do a playthrough of infinite warfare. If the next few don’t do well they should come back to these games and take notes or build off of these kinds of plots😊.

Genuinly remember playing this game before I could even read, not understanding what any of the characters said, but still fully enjoying the game. AW was an incredible game. Sure it had its flaws, but what COD game didn’t? This game was the first to introduce advanced movement and I think they nailed it. Camos were creative, campaign was like a movie, multiplayer was FUN, and zombies was so creative and new. Zombies with exos? Fucking. Cool. I’m proud to be part of the black sheep, this game was incredible
On side I can't stand Mr. Irons for killing people, but on the other side I agree with him on ending wars. Wars lead to more wars. Without wars, there will be peace in the world.
