#1 stay in the middle, wait for the bullets/characters to target you before evading. #2 always have a second ship, at high levels it isn't normally possible to do well enough to get maxed. #3 learn the patterns. #4 kill max amount of targets before they line up, then start from the sides and get to center. #5 learn how to get galaga and always have 2 ships, waste lives to get that second ship if you have to. Those 5 tips, and you will max the score like me.
@@constantinenovotny954 Well, it is a bug in the original game, the same way you can use patterns and abuse Pac-Man's movement system to pass through ghosts. When getting high scores, all they care about is whether it is the original game on unaltered hardware depending on the category.
It could be down to versions. This one uses the Pac-Man 25th anniversary ROM. I totally neglected to consider that when making this tutorial. _Razzle Joestar_

There is a better tip. There is an old Galaga hack that the enemy bugs stop shooting at you. Show that easy hack please.

For me it’s every 4th level is a challenge stage, besides 2. It’s 2, 7, 11, 15, 19 ect
